Time of Reading 3:35 to 3:55 P. M. Eastern War Time. New York City.
1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body; answering the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have those disturbances with this body, [2900].
3. While the outside influences have much to do with some physical disturbances, we find that if there were measures taken for correcting the physical, and there were less anxiety maintained as to those disturbances without, the body would respond in the treatments for the physical and then may gain those activities that will be in keeping with the abilities of the entity at this time.
4. In the physical we find there are those hindrances in the organs as related to the building of red blood supply. Thus we have an impoverishment of the energies of the body, and in the constitutional disturbance the effects to the respiratory system as well as the deeper circulation through heart, liver, lungs and kidneys, will continue to be aggravating conditions or areas through which anxieties will be constantly builded to the detriment of the better physical forces of the body.
5. There is low vitality, there are those disturbances in lungs, there are those irregularities in the heart's disturbance, there are those lacks of the proper coordination between liver and kidneys. And these, to be sure, upset the assimilating, or the abilities of the assimilating system.
6. As we find, in making applications for betterment of conditions, the hydrotherapy - or portions of same - would be the measures best adapted to bring first the purifying of the circulation, also a better coordination between the superficial and the deeper circulation. And with the diets AND a systematic exercise, we may build up a better physical

resistance in the body.
7. To be sure, it will require a little time; it will require persistence and consistency.
8. And remember, the attitude will have as much to do with the results as the applications that may be made.
9. As to the type of applications - not every time should the body have the sweats, but about every other treatment there should be the mild sweat - with more of the fume bath using, in about three ounces of water in the container for the fumes, a teaspoonful of witchhazel and a quarter teaspoonful of rose water.
10. Follow this with more of a pine oil rub, or an ounce of Oil of Pine Needles in 2 ounces of Peanut Oil; this massaged thoroughly into the spine, across the abdomen, and the area on either side of the groin.
11. These will aid in stimulating activities through the body-functioning.
12. At the periods when there are not the fume baths, take the needle shower - that is, the hot and the cold water, see? Then the rubdown, thoroughly, and at this treatment - rather than the oil rub - use the Ultra-Violet Light. Lie in same for at least a period of two and a half to three minutes. THEN have a rub with the alcohol.
13. Have one of these each week, for at least six to ten treatments of each kind. Then rest from them for a period of at least two to three weeks, and then return for at least three or four more of each character. These may be taken, though, once each week.
14. During the whole period that these are taken, do take with the meals the One A Day Vitamins, both A and D, and the One A Day B-1 Complex. Take the A and D or morning, the B-complex of evening - at or just after the meal.
15. Do these and we will bring bettered conditions for this body.
16. Arrangements for such may be had - for such hydrotherapy, you see - with Reilly. Do have those treatments.
17. Ready for questions.
18. (Q) Considering my health and general conditions, what line of work would I be best fitted for? (A) As we have indicated for the body, when there is better physical conditions with the body there will be those abilities to obtain and to work in those characters of work that are better suited or fitted for the body. Any of those things that have to do with details may the body work well in; especially as of cosmetics, or similar
