1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body; answering the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [2924].
3. As we find, there are conditions that disturb the better equilibrium of the body.
4. Much of this disturbance is pathological. But there are also such anxieties, and fear, as to cause a great deal of psychological reactions.
5. While the psychological reactions are very definite, do not allow such change to prevent the body from doing that as may be suggested for the pathological - or the real physical - disorders.
6. These, as we find, have to do with very definite conditions existing as a disturbance of the superficial and the deeper circulation; in those areas along the cerebrospinal system where lesions have been produced, through congestion; so that the circulation to organs and to the brain force is deflected, in the reflexes, as to bring soreness, stiffness, upsetting of body-functions, and this great anxiety in the sympathetic system, and the circulation as related to the sensory forces of the body.
7. These, we find, are not as yet organic in their nature; yet the reflexes are such as to upset organs, as to cause headaches, as to cause the conditions through the body-forces - as the brain reflexes, the eyes and head, - to be under great distress at times.
8. We find that these may be relieved, if there will be the consistent reactions as may be obtained by the application of definite conditions which we will indicate for the body.
9. To be sure, toxic forces have been caused in the organs, - as in liver and kidneys, especially; with congestions, and the forming of definite muscular reactions, or static

conditions in areas where cerebrospinal and sympathetic nerves and blood supply are blocked. These have made some irregularity to the heart's activity, and easily does the body become overacid.
10. These all will respond if these suggestions are carried out, that we will make here:
11. First, we would begin with the general hydrotherapy treatments. If at all practical, have these done by a good hydrotherapist. They should include first a mild dry heat, then a fume bath, preferably with witchhazel; followed by a thorough massage with special reference to those forms of treatments for the lesions in the sacral area, the lumbar axis, 9th dorsal, and through the brachial, or the upper dorsal and the cervical areas. Not so much corrections, but a thorough relaxing by the massage, following the heat and the fume bath.
12. After the general massage, massage INTO the body an equal combination of Olive Oil and Peanut Oil - all that the body will absorb; followed, to be sure, with an alcohol rub.
13. It would also be well for the hydrotherapist to give at least two colonic irrigations, about ten days to two weeks apart; and more if there is still mucous indicated in the colon after that period. These will aid in purifying.
14. The general hydrotherapy treatments should be given at least once each week.
15. If it is impractical to have these done by a hydrotherapist, obtain for self a sweat cabinet - or gown, and take for self the fume bath. But if it is attempted to be taken by self, it should be done twice a week, see? And it will necessitate that the body have a good masseur, or one versed in same, to massage and give the rubdowns following such. Also the colonics would need to be given scientifically, by one versed in such. (Include the cervicals as well as the limbs in the massage, see?)
16. As to the diet:
17. Have plenty of fruits and raw vegetables, as to produce better eliminations.
18. Keep to those things that assist in better eliminations; as bran, whole grain cereals for the morning meals.
19. Apples, pears, peaches, plums - whether canned or fresh - should be taken to aid in better eliminations.
20. Leafy vegetables - not too much of meats of any kind. But fish should be taken about twice a week.
21. Do these, and we will bring better conditions for this body.
22. We are through for the present.
