1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body; answering the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [2929].
3. As we find, there are complications of disturbances that prevent the better physical functioning of the body.
4. True, a great deal is of a pathological nature, yet much of those causes that prevent the better response of the body to administrations is because of psychological conditions which also exist.
5. Pathologically - we find there are conditions in the lung, where there is broken cellular tissue; not tubercular, but more of the form as from fear; producing a cyst, or a filling of a cellular force.
6. This irritation to the trachea and the bronchi area causes a great deal of disturbance.
7. The psychological conditions that contribute so much to these disturbances arise from outside fears - not as of self but as related to conditions, or those relations with others and conditions.
8. In the general reactions there is produced a nervousness, at times disturbances to the digestive forces, the eliminations, the inability of proper rest, and the natural consequences throughout of a disturbed body.
9. As we find, then - first we would have a thorough cleansing through the hydrotherapy treatments. These should include baths, and should include light treatments over the chest area, and even colonic irrigations; not too deep in the massages, but thorough rubdowns following the light sweats.
10. These we would have at least twice a week - the general hydrotherapy treatments - until eight to ten have been taken.
11. And after the first series of these, the body should go

away to some warmer clime for rest.
12. Then - when there has been at least three to four weeks of rest, of meditation, of thoughtful constructive thinking, - further suggestions may be given through these sources; unless there have been responses - but we should find help during these periods of rest.
13. Live out of doors during those periods, with as much sunshine as practical. Live rather frugally; that is, no rich, starchy foods, very little of sweets; plenty of fresh air, drink lots of water. Keep away from any of the carbonated drinks or of stimuli of beers, liquors or the like. Light wines may be taken. Plenty of eggs. Plenty of fish, and raw vegetables, but not of rich, highly seasoned foods.
14. Do that.
15. Ready for questions.
16. (Q) What has caused the loss of my voice? (A) Partially from fear, partially from the condition as we have indicated in the lung.
17. (Q) What causes night and morning coughing spells? (A) Irritation of the trachea. Do as we have indicated, and we should bring better conditions to this body. Rest means REST! Rest the mind as well as body.
18. We are through with this Reading. Two copies to Self (one for Dr. H. J. Reilly, R.C.A. Bldg., 1250 Sixth Avenue, N.Y.C.) Copy to Ass'n file file
