Time of Reading 10:30 to 10:50 A. M. Eastern War Time. ..., Virginia.

1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body; answering the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [2941].

3. As we find, there are disturbing conditions that prevent the better physical functionings through the body. We find that these in their effect are rather of a complex nature. But with the correcting of the sources of the main disturbance, and those that are contributory causes, we should bring much better conditions in the physical forces of the body.

4. First - there are subluxations that exist along the cerebrospinal system. These are not the sources but are the contributory causes of disturbance that exists in the soft tissue of the palate in the face, in the head and the throat. These as we find are the sources, while the subluxations which exist in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th cervical, in the 6th and 7th dorsal, and in the lumbar and sacral axis, are contributory conditions.

5. These, then, are the effects as we find that exist in the body from these:

6. The first in the blood supply - a tendency towards a form of anemia. This, with the combinations of deflections in the upper dorsal areas, causes at times quickness of pulse, and a dizziness when there is the blood flow to the head that is already charged with plethora in the soft tissue of the antrum and also in the adenoid area or the soft palate.

7. These, then, produce those deflections of the circulation; and the pressures produced in the nerve centers cause at times a blurring in the eye, a deflection to the auditory forces or the ears, and at times even to the speech itself. These come rather as not spasmodic conditions but at

intervals, and not as a regular condition.

8. These then, to be sure, deflect and upset the assimilating or digestive system. And with the conditions which exist in the impoverishment to the blood supply, the liver, the kidneys and the lungs become involved; though not organically any disturbance in these as functioning organs, save as the deflection in their activity from the impulses of the disturbance in the head and neck, and the subluxations in the cerebrospinal system.

9. As to the activities upon the nerves - this tends to produce that reaction at times as of twitching, or the sensation of same, as of nerve plexus becoming active sympathetically, or involuntary becomes voluntary activity. And these, of course, tend to upset the general nervous system.

10. At such times a tendency for a little nausea may also occur, occasionally.

11. These, as we find, would be materially aided.

12. First we would begin with the osteopathic adjustments to set up drainages through the circulation from head to the alimentary canal. These should be not such deep treatments in the beginning, nor even the attempt to make complete adjustments, but these should be done gradually. Have these twice a week until at least ten to twelve such treatments have been given.

13. And with these keep a good elimination through alimentary canal. As we find, for this body, this may be done preferably by taking the Senna Tea; this taken regularly - when treatments are begun - for at least a period of five to six days. Then leave it off for five days, and then take another series of same. This would be about an ounce and a half to two ounces of the Tea taken each evening when ready to retire.

14. Use also a warm spray of Glyco-Thymoline through the nasal passages, as well as in the throat as a gargle. When gargling, the small quantities that would be swallowed (not taking it as a dosage) will be beneficial to create a better alkalized condition through the alimentary canal, as well as keeping down inflammation. Use the Glyco-Thymoline full strength, but warm; not hot but warm.

15. When the osteopathic corrections have been completed, rest from these for some three to six weeks.

16. THEN have (not before) a very light electrical treatment, as from the violet ray - bulb applicator - to give the better vibrations to the sympathetic nervous system. Use the bulb applicator across chest, neck, down back, and especially across the diaphragm area.

17. And we will find we will bring to this body much nearer to normal conditions.

18. Do have the adjustments. Do begin with the spray, but do not leave off the stimulated eliminations regularly for a period. If it becomes necessary, during the period of the adjustments (and have these about twice a week until the twelve are taken), take the second series of the Senna Tea.

19. Occasionally it would be well to have the high enemas. These may be given by self, rather than having colonics, but use a colon tube for same.

20. Ready for questions.

21. (Q) Who would you suggest to make the corrections? (A) A good osteopath.

22. (Q) What causes the pain in the lower right side? (A) This is a reflex from those conditions in the liver, kidneys, and the heart and lungs. These are reflexes to the pressures produced in the caecum area, see? and with the cleansing of the system, and the adjustments, we will find this will subside. Do these things and we will bring better conditions for this body.
