Time of Reading Set bet. 3:30 to 4:30 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Ill.
1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time with suggestions for further corrective measures, answering the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [2946]; this we have had before.
3. There are many changes in the general physical condition of the body, specifically and generally. Most of these, in the present, are for betterments, but unless there are precautions taken to not overtax the system physically, mentally, there may be brought about extravagances in the attempts of the nerve system to so aggravate the conditions through the body as to make for very poor, very abnormal reflexes in the central nervous system. For, there are, to be sure, many adjustments that are to be made in circulation, in activities of organs in the general system.
4. Then, again, REST, not long periods but each twenty-four hours have so many hours of rest; so many hours of recreation; so many hours of preparation and we will find we can bring, now, the body to do some of its best mental work for others.
5. For equalizing the balance in circulation and in nerve energy, use as a helpful complement the vibrations of the body-forces themselves, so that they are equalized by their necessary balancing and coordinating through the system, using the Radio-Active Appliance as prepared for the body. But do be consistent; do be persistent and that hour each day as it is used in accordance with the regulations, keeping the body relaxed, use that period as the time for meditation and prayer. Have ye learned (as ye have) the difference between prayer and meditation? Prayer is supplication to God and meditation is listening to His answer.
6. Ready for questions.
7. (Q) To help make endocrine deficiencies following the

hysterectomy is one-half milligram the correct daily dosage of stilbestrol? (A) This isn't much good. It would be better is you would supply this rather in the preparations which are adding the hormones through the activities which will bring the correct balance in the body, as in the enzymes for the body. These are not to be with iron but plain. Add them in the form of Ventriculin, you see. They will be preferable, but you have have to keep more quiet! You may use the others and be sorry later.
8. (Q) What electric Appliance? (A) Radio-Active Appliance. Would you have us build one?
9. (Q) Would fairly large doses of vitamin E be helpful? (A) These will be helpful.
10. (Q) Are there suggested corrections of tendency toward constipation? (A) As we find, if we will follow through with Ventriculin (or the enzymes) these will build better conditions for eliminations.
11. (Q) For correction of kidney difficulty? (A) The vibrations through that created in body, as built from one, discharged in the other. This will build a better balance.
12. (Q) Is there any help indicated for right eye? (A) These are the better, as we find.
13. (Q) Are there any suggestions about management of daily schedule so that the entity could keep up strength in better shape? (A) As has just been indicated; so many hours - there are only twenty-four - you can't make more. Do divide them consistently. Would you have others consistent? Practice it thyself.
14. (Q) Is it well to carry out present plan to go to New York to see publishers? (A) Pretty stiff trip, but it may be done, if you'll pack your little box along with you and use it an hour each day! And do pray and do listen. Thirty minutes of prayer, thirty minutes of listening to God's answer to thy prayer.
15. (Q) Any suggestions about finishing and releasing the new book, LET'S TALK ABOUT YOU? (A) This will be much better if it will be prepared to come next March, than before that time.
16. (Q) For the next book, which of the following would be best? A. Another of the present series, such as LET'S TALK ABOUT LIFE or LET'S TALK ABOUT HOME. B. Or a book about adolescents for parents. C. Or a novel? (A) LET'S TALK ABOUT LIFE - and don't forget what life is - don't leave that out.
17. (Q) Would it be well to publish a serious article about
2946-6 Page 3
the contributions of this information to the theory of reincarnation? (A) Better forget it for the present.
18. (Q) What work can I be doing for the Association? (A) Leave that as it be, and as it comes to thee from period to period, as is needed for help to the more.
19. (Q) How can I help my son [3188] with his work for the Association? (A) This is soon to be discontinued. By his choice, though. [GD's note: Mr. [3188] did discontinue his work with the A.R.E. around the first of July, 1944, and it was by his own choice.]
20. (Q) Will the proposed seminar in Trabuco be a means of strengthening my own spiritual life? (A) It will be a means to an end. What end? Of determining in self the definite things to be done.
21. (Q) Would it be mutually advantageous for Gerald Heard to meet Mr. Cayce? (A) Not especially - who is he?
22. (Q) Any further suggestions or counsel? (A) Keep that as has been given - especially as considering self's keeping in balance.
