Time of Reading 11:25 to 11:35 A. M. Eastern War Time. ..., Canada.

1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body; answering the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here.

3. That there are disturbing forces in the self-consciousness of the body rather than physical defects, should be taken into consideration as the body analyzes its purpose and what it chooses to do.

4. As has been indicated for this body, it may contribute much to the mental attitude of many, to things and conditions; as a proper propagandist in some respects or by its activity in its choice of experiences, or its acting.

5. For, to contribute to the welfare of the mental attitude, is as necessary as to contribute to many another phase of individual experience.

6. Because of the choice of activity, the physical conditions within the body itself, causing the lower portion of the body to become - apparently - too heavy for the rest of the body, is disturbing.

7. To be sure, there is a physical defect, but this should be considered rather as an indication of the entity having physically a good understanding. [See 288-38, Par. 12-A, 13-A.]

8. There are other portions of the life's work that are to be considered as the greater part; that is in the building of the home. This has little to do with such activities in the present career, and it would not be a detriment to the physical well-being of the body nor of the offspring.

9. While it will require a great deal of definite, specific physical activity to bring about a change in the physical conditions of the body, this may be done - by rubs and by exercise; especially the bicycle riding. The bicycle literally would be most helpful. Riding a bicycle with the

feet in the air and no bicycle will also be a part of the exercise. Then the kneading massage and sweats. This will change the activities in the glands that radiate from the brush end of the spine. This will be physically helpful, not only for activities in the career in the present, but for the activities in home building.

10. Put thy trust in Creative Forces. Do those portions of the activity as shown, and make thy life a channel of blessings ever for others.

11. For, there is a purposefulness in thy life. There is an activity that should be stressed, and that is the creative influence in the relationships to the physical and mental purposes of the body-forces.

12. In the physical do those as indicated. In the mental, coordinate this with the ideals and purposes.

13. And keep the faith in the Father.

14. We are through for the present. Copy to Self " " Ass'n file
