Time of Reading 3:45 to 4:00 P. M. Eastern War Time. ..., Texas.
1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body; answering the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [2951].
3. As we find, considering the activities that have been a part of the experience, and the general environs that are more and more a part of the whole, in the mental attitudes of body, conditions are very good.
4. However, there are those tendencies for some of the distributions of energies through the body to become static, or the stimuli for the activity of those centers along the cerebrospinal system to lack sufficient stimuli to keep the bursa and the activity of the emunctory forces in organs at a proper balance.
5. These as we find do not need so much a chemical reaction, but from the very nature of the disturbance the stimuli that will set in motion those impulses through the body; thus bringing a better activity and more pep, not so much languidness, not so much heaviness in the heart's activity, nor too much of a drain upon the system for the incoordinations as produced in this lack of stimuli in the circulation between liver and kidneys, or that as would aid in establishing a better coordination in the heart, lungs, liver and kidney circulation. Thus there may be in this manner the better eliminations and the eradication of those toxic forces that become disturbing to the system.
6. The blood supply shows a slowing of circulation, while the pulsations at times quickens - or becomes irregular.
7. The eliminations become tending to static, the circulation in kidneys becoming overactive and loaded with poisons not eradicated from or through the system properly.
8. These, then, as we find, would be the better administrations:
9. First, we would begin with the thorough hydrotherapy

treatments at least one to twice a week, or twice a week until four or five treatments are taken, and then once a week for some five to six weeks afterwards. These should include a mild cabinet sweat, not too high a temperature raised but rather a part of same being from the fume sweats - and in the fumes, for this body, put half an ounce of witchhazel in the pint of water that would be boiling under the body - in the cabinet - so that the fumes of same may settle over the body - as in a croup cup or the like, but the fumes settling over the body, in a warm light cabinet.
10. This should be followed by a thorough massage, or a Swedish massage; preferably with Peanut Oil, alone; but this followed, of course, with an alcohol rub to close the pores.
11. The body would remain in the cabinet as long as desired, or sufficient to get good reaction, while the pint of water would be boiling, you see. A pint of water won't boil but just so long. But let the body be observed during that period, so as not to get overheated or overexhausted.
12. During the first period, a colonic irrigation would also be beneficial.
13. After at least five of the general hydrotherapy treatments have been given - begin the use of the Radio-Active Appliance for an hour each day, at whatever time the body is tired. At least during the first week use this an hour each day, and after that at intervals when the body is most tired - in the afternoon or evening, when the body feels tired or restless. But recline when such is taken. If the body goes to sleep, all the better.
14. Keep the anodes very clean, or polished, before and after being attached.
15. When the Appliance is begun, begin also to give the Purity Cross Vitamin combinations; about three times each week, preferably just before retiring of evening.
16. Do these, and as we find we will make for betterment of the declining conditions that exist with this body, [2951].
17. Ready for questions.
18. (Q) What about the diet? (A) Never, of course, heavy meats. Fish, fowl or lamb are preferable. Cereals, leafy vegetables; not too much of starches should be taken by the body.
19. We are through for the present. Two copies to daughter, Air Mail Copy to Ass'n file (See directions [which were enclosed] for Radio-Active Appliance. If you have one that needs any new attachments, etc., communicate with Mr. A. M. Godfrey, 2709 Lafayette
