1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time with suggestions for further corrective measures, answering the questions, as I ask them.
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [2966]; this we have had before.
3. Many are the general changes that have taken place with this body. Through the subjugation of the general nerve systems there have come changes in the eliminating channels of the body, or there are those disturbances from the menopause.
4. Unless there are periods of more perfect relaxation, the refraining from physical and mental activities, these will become very serious disturbances for the body.
5. We would advise that the body have at least six to eight weeks of relaxation where the body would be on the earth or in the sand and sunshine, and relax in same at least two or three hours twice each day.
6. Also we would use the shortwave therapy, and occasionally - once in ten days - we would have a thorough relaxing of the muscular and cerebrospinal nervous forces of the body.
7. Thus we may refrain from having these disturbances with the headaches, the cold and hot flashes, the irregularity of the heart, the feelings of portions of the body going to sleep easily.
8. We would take such a period of rest in such a place as Clearwater or Clearwater Beach, Florida, and have the administration of the massages and the shortwave therapy.
9. Do that.
10. Ready for questions.
11. (Q) If the pain around the left breast is not due to a heart condition, to what is it due? (A) It is from the irregularity in circulation, and of course, with the changes in the glands these are parts of the mammary reaction and partly the heart disorder, or irregularity in the circulation of which the body has been

warned. Thus we would have the shortwave therapy and the massages, with the body often taking exercise in the open - not of heavy natures but walking and lying on sand at such a period; not when there is too much of the violet ray from the sun but a couple of hours of morning and a couple of hours late in the afternoon.
12. (Q) What can be done for the sinus condition? (A) Do these - having the periods of rest and the shortwave therapy. This would be applied as a part of the treatments; not only the massages but the short wave therapy. Do these and we will bring better conditions for this body.
