Time of Reading ..., RFD #1, 3:40 to 4:00 P. M. Eastern War Time. ..., Conn.

1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body; answering the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes - (right pretty rooster!) - we have the body here, [2969].

3. As we find, there are conditions here which are disturbing the better physical functioning of organs.

4. Some might call the condition karma, others would say it is the result of pure neglect; others, that there might be manifestation of divine influence; others, an accident - and the result of same.

5. As we find, in times back there was an injury to the cervical areas of the body. These, naturally, have formed lesions - not being corrected or adjusted; and hence have prevented the proper flow of circulation or of nerve impulse, and the ability of those portions of the sensory system - thus impaired - from throwing off the used energies or drosses, or ash of energy from the system.

6. This condition has been existent for some time, and will require some patience, some persistence.

7. But as we find, if there are the PROPER adjustments made, osteopathically, there may be had response. And these adjustments should be made by one who is versed in the special activity, or treatment of eyes - or the sensory forces. These should be corrected gradually.

8. The first three or four adjustments, at least, should be made in New York, under the direction of those who are sympathetic to the suggestions through this channel. Then there may be the directing, by those, of one nearer and more convenient to the body, for further treatments.

9. After the lesions in the 1st, 2nd, 3rd cervical, the 2nd and 3rd dorsal, have been removed - we would then have the electrical treatments by the one who has been suggested

through this channel - while not in sympathy with these suggestions, he may give those electrical treatments where the class or lense would be placed on the eye itself, and the vibration directed at same. We refer to the direct current to the eyeball itself, you see, that has gradually lost its ability for the proper reactions. This would revitalize. And we may be able not only to prevent this gradual failing of vision, but restore same at least forty percent.

10. This, then, we would do.

11. When these electrical treatments are started, take them about once a week; and about six treatments should be sufficient.

12. Afterwards - that is, after completing the six electrical treatments from Erlanger - apply the Violet Ray at home, about once a week, and about a minute and a half to two minutes. This would be applied of evening along the whole length of the spine; not too strong, but using only the bulb applicator; and the sponge applicator about the head and neck of the electrically driven vibrator, see? that is, the hand machine violet ray - the bulb applicator - would be used along the whole length of the spine, for a minute to a minute and a half in all. Then the sponge applicator of the electrically driven vibrator would be used about the head and neck for several minutes, to relax the body and to stimulate the necessary activity. These would not be begun, however, until after the completing of the eye electrical treatments - the six week period.

13. With these corrections, the other disturbances that are of a sympathetic nature to the assimilating system will also be corrected.

14. Do this.

15. Ready for questions.

16. (Q) What can be done for continual colds? (A) This will be changed better by diet. Not too much of sweets nor of starches. More of fruits and vegetables, and plenty of sea food - at least two or three times a week - but not other meats. These conditions will be materially corrected with the adjustments as made for the lesions in cervical and dorsal areas. Do that.

17. We are through for the present. Two copies to Mother (one for Dr. Geo. N. Coulter, 18 East 41st St., N.Y.C.) Copy to Ass'n file
