Time of Reading 3:45 to 3:50 P. M. Eastern War Time. ..., N.Y.

1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with further suggestions for corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes.

3. As we find, there have been improvements in the general physical forces of the body.

4. The reaction of expectancy, and of desire, has tended to wear off; and there come those problems of the entity or body-mind meeting its own self. And some resentments arise in the mind as to portions of administrations made.

5. If there will be an adherence to the suggestions made, - not merely as something to be gotten through with, but still keeping that hope and that desire for ACTION within the body-forces - we will see more and more response.

6. To be sure, there are those cycles when there will be periods the body will not feel so well. For, those tendencies still arise for the body to respond to old disorders. But keep close to those applications suggested.

7. And very soon we would change the environs of the body, to where there may be sea and sand and sun; but where it tends to be quiet would be the better environ for the body - and where there will be some tendency for the body to make efforts for more activity.

8. It is well to keep closer to the diets. For, in certain meats there are those elements that tend to make the condition through the circulation hard on those disorders already existent. While there may not be the desire for those characters of flesh or meat as we have suggested, the body had better do without than to take that which would be harmful - and taking only small portions of fish or fowl WHEN there is the desire for same.

9. Do these and, as we find, there will be the better conditions for the body.

10. Ready for questions.

11. (Q) Is everything being done that can be done to help him? (A) As we find, if there will be followed rather closely

that indicated. Not merely as just a routine, but as an expectancy for something; being as consistent with the attitudes as with the treatments; not merely being good, or well, but being good - and well - FOR something! and creative and constructive!

12. (Q) Would it be helpful to use the electrical treatments twice a day or for a longer period? (A) Once a day and for no longer period than given; but follow same with the massages indicated.

13. (Q) Would it benefit him to come to Virginia Beach a few weeks and lay on the sand? (A) A little bit later it might be very well, but it would have to be under different circumstances from those that exist at Virginia Beach in the present, in reference to bathing or the sand, see? Other places, as we find, where it is more quiet, would be more beneficial to the body.

14. (Q) Have you any specific place to suggest? (A) This had better be a suggestion from the body itself, as to that sought by the body. For, as we have just indicated, some things as suggested already don't fit the body-mind!

15. (Q) Should he eat steak or roast beef at all? (A) He may if he desires, BUT he may pay the price for same! We have given the instructions!
