1. GC: You will answer the questions regarding this body as I ask them.
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [2971]; this we have had before.
3. There are considerable improvements in some directions. There are at times apparently discouragements. There should be more consistent and definite applications made following the use of the Wet Cell Appliance. These are the things to be accomplished:
4. As indicated, there is cellular force - or lesions - in nerve forces in the central nervous system, or in fissures of the brain. As in all things in a living organism of the human body, it changes - and can reproduce itself, with proper distribution of that assimilated normally. The same is true in regard to the glands and nerves being supplied in vibratory forces from the low Wet Cell Appliance. This stimulates glandular activity and distributes to bursa of the lymph circulation, or sympathetic circulation, the abilities for the replenishing even of brain cells. But the bursa and centers along the spine through which the circulation in nerve and blood supply is carried to the deeper circulation or the cerebrospinal and the deeper heart, lung, liver and kidney circulation, need their activity stimulated for such production.
5. Hence there should be a consistent and a very definite massaging, that these connections be stimulated to a better activity. We will find when such is done that the ability to control the voluntary and involuntary muscles and nerves of the body will become much better. There will be better vision, better speech, better ability to use the imaginative forces in coordinating the walking. For, without such coordination from all centers of the sensory organism, walking would be impractical for anyone.
6. But do these and we will bring better conditions for the body.

7. Ready for questions.
8. (Q) Has the circulation in the brain improved, and will it improve further? (A) Has improved, but not as it should, if there would be those consistent manipulations after each use of the low electrical forces.
9. (Q) Are arteries improving? (A) These are improving much better than other portions of the body.
10. (Q) Which climate would be most beneficial for this winter - Tucson, Arizona; Florida; or Palm Springs, California? (A) California.
11. (Q) Will his eyesight improve so that he can read? (A) As indicated, all of the activities of the sensory system will improve, if there is the consistent use and distribution of the energies so carried into the body. This means, of course, patience, persistence, and consistency in making the adjustments and manipulations; not making spinal adjustments so much as those related to the nerve centers, where the patches of the glandular forces as related to the lymph and emunctory circulation connect with the cerebrospinal activities.
12. (Q) We are keeping up the low voltage electrical treatments with half hour massage following. Please explain just how this should be given. (A) As indicated, it should be not so much just massaging, but know what you are massaging for; and where. It requires a good anatomist, to be sure, or one understanding and interpreting. And one may interpret very well here on this body, for it is very definite as to the manner in which the patches are indicated where cerebrospinal and sympathetic connect the more often, or in the greater way, and it may be seen how that they are not coordinating in the present.
