1. GC: You will give the physical conditions of this body at the present time with suggestions for further corrective measures, answering the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, yes we have the body here, [2982]; this we have had before.

3. There are improvements in many directions and not so good in others. But ready for questions.

4. (Q) Please give the cause and cure of the occasional soreness of the thoracic vertebraes, also the sharp pain under right shoulder blade. (A) These come from, as has been indicated, the incoordination between sympathetic and cerebrospinal nervous systems. These arise where, in many of the vertebrae, there are the closer connections between the impulses which arise from sympathetic nerve forces and those through which the cerebrospinal or lungs, heart, liver and kidneys, also add their impulses as well as being impressed, controlled, directed by impulses coordinant or incoordinant. And when there are any great strains on the body, mentally, physically, or when there is undue excitement, these centers or vertebraes receiving such an impulse cause those irritations in the areas indicated. These need relaxing and a better coordination established, as we would find will be well by building up general health or activity of the organs of the central nervous system and coordinating through the hydrotherapy treatments that should be taken occasionally, once or twice a month until there is the better or more perfect relationships established between the nerves of the body centers.

5. (Q) Give cause and treatment of uterine discharge. (A) These, as a treatments, would be the douches with alternating once a week the use of Atomidine and Glyco-Thymoline. We would begin with Atomidine and the quantity would be a teaspoonful to a quart and a half of

water but have the water body temperature. The next week use Glyco-Thymoline, one tablespoonful to a quart of water; though of course, these are not to be taken through the periods. These, as we find, will allay and with the corrective measures may, in the centers from which there are impulses of circulations for both blood and nerve, remove these disturbances, which arise from a congestion produced by irritation. The body is not sterile.

6. (Q) How long should I continue taking the Calcios, Acigest, KalDak and the hydrotherapy treatments? (A) We would continue with the KalDak for at least through the summer months. Not as oft as has been taken but twice to three times a week. There is still needed Calcios in the system. We would leave off the Acigest save about once a month. We would continue with the hydrotherapy treatments whenever there is the feeling of the need for same. As indicated, it may be once or twice in a month or once a month but there is the need to establish better coordination by and through such treatments.

7. (Q) Is it safe now for me to resume my meditations and levitation? (A) We would not begin as yet. Let's wait until at least August or September for bettered conditions and these will be then much better for the body. Not that there is not to be meditation but let these not be in the deep meditation as yet, as to put greater strain on the area where the condition are not yet coordinant.

8. (Q) What diet is best for this body? (A) This, as has been indicated, should not consist of too much starches, not yet too much meats, but balance same well so that there is proficient amount of whole grain, sufficient carbohydrates. Whole grains take from wheat and barley and occasionally yellow corn meal; not those that have been too much refined, else we will find that we will be deficient in resistance building. Less sweets, and let honey be the sweets taken. No carbonated water. Cook vegetables in their own juices. These are much more efficient and will be much better for the body.

9. (Q) Please give condition of left ear. (A) There is a ringing in the ear at times but it is from that incoordination in the sensory forces, in the brachial centers.

10. (Q) Is swimming and diving too strenuous for this body? (A) Swimming in moderation. Don't dive.

11. (Q) What causes the sore throats that I have? (A) A good deal of this is in the imaginative system but, as has been indicated, it is through the centers that control the circulation between sympathetic, cerebrospinal

2982-3 Page 3

and the sensory forces. It is lack of coordination. This produces irritation. Lacking in coordination, for the circulation comes rather in spurts, and at other times dries, and these produce the irritating effects or tickling sensation. These, as we find, should respond to the treatments as has been indicated, and build up the body better.

12. (Q) How can I keep my teeth white as I grow older? (A) If you would believe the ads you'll only have to use certain types of toothpaste or powder, but the better manner is to keep the better balance in the activities of the body, especially as to eliminations, but the best dentifrice is a combination of equal portions of soda and salt. They will keep them white. Iodized salt here is preferable and equal portions, not too much of soda or salt. Then use some good dentifrice or paste for brushing.

13. (Q) What are the best hours for meditation? (A) The best hour for meditation is two o'clock in the morning. The better period would be that which will be set as a period in which the body and mind may be dedicated to that. Then keep your promise to self, and to your inner self, and to your Maker, or that to which ye dedicate thy body, mind and soul.

14. (Q) What causes the early morning nausea and weakness in my solar plexus? (A) Still that incoordination in the equilibrium being established. When the body rests, it lies prone, the circulation moves slower; and through the rest periods, unless disturbed by visions, dreams or nightmares, there may be recuperative forces distributed through the body. But with incoordination in the nerves and the circulation, naturally, with the nerves to portions of the body during the period digestion is completed, and these are not completed in this body, you see there comes the reaction on awaking. Thus the change in the needs, and it is better to leave off the Acigest, only taking it at such periods as indicated, and the Calcios will aid, along with the massaging being kept occasionally to create the better coordination.
