1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body; answering the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the body, [2989].

3. As we find, the vitality and resistance is low with this body. A great deal of this is psychological, but with the age, with the conditions of attitudes, not a great deal may be added that will be of any material aid.

4. While the vitalities are so low, we find that the administration of pure beef juice as medicine would be most beneficial; given about half to three-quarters of a teaspoonful three to four times each day. This would be most helpful. We find that this will assimilate well and will add to the strength of the body.

5. Occasionally - about every two or three days - after an unusually heavy meal is eaten - take internally half a teaspoonful of Milk of Bismuth and ten drops of Elixir of Lactated Pepsin, stirred together in half a glass of water. This will be most helpful.

6. A daily massage with peanut oil along the spine, especially across the hips and sacral areas - when the body is prepared for bed - will make an easier rest for the body. Pour a small quantity in an open saucer, dip the fingers in same and massage all the body will absorb along the spine, and especially over the sacral and lumbar areas.

7. Keep in the open when at all practical, though do not let the body get chilled nor too much in strong breezes or winds - unless wrapped up well.

8. Doing these, with the general precautions, will contribute the more to the better welfare of this body, [2989] in the present.

9. (Q) What is it that keeps him so much below par that he

has no strength? (A) The lack of the vitality and proper assimilation. Hence those suggestions for properties to take that will aid in better assimilation, given occasionally, see? and the beef juice regularly to give strength. For it is already practically digested; and we do not mean broth, but the pure beef juice.

10. (Q) Why does he walk with such difficulty? (A) Lack of strength and vitality through the locomotories. Thus the daily massage with the peanut oil. Do these and we will make the better conditions for this body.

11. We are through for the present. Copy to Wife " " Ass'n file (See directions [which were enclosed] for preparing Pure Beef Juice.) ce.)
