1. GC: You will give a mental and spiritual reading for this entity, with information, advice and guidance that will be helpful at this time; answering the questions that may be asked:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body, the enquiring mind, [2995] this in part we have had before.
3. In giving that which may be helpful as a mental and spiritual attitude, and as to how the entity may apply such in its own experience, many things must be taken into consideration.
4. The studies of the entity as related to spiritual and mental things, the ideals that have been held by the entity in the material world, in the material associations and relations, all of these are to be taken into consideration by the entity.
5. Know, then, that these also apply to the entity concerning same: The body, mind and soul of the entity are one. They are represented here as a physical body - very good in many respects. A very analytical mind, but as indicated, one who tends to draw judgements rather severely. Know that there are laws pertaining to such in mind as well as in spiritual and in material. For whatever there may be is first conceived in spirit. It is acted upon by mind. Dependent, then, upon what the mind of the entity holds as its ideal, or as to what form or manner it would give by and through what spirit it would build in its mental self.
6. Hence the first injunction to the entity is to analyze self. What does the mind of this entity hold as its ideal in the spiritual world? What is the source of the entity's information? Who is the author of same? Is the author of thy faith, of thy belief, able to keep that ye commit unto it against any experience, be it spiritual, mental or material? Whoever is the author must himself have experienced spiritual, mental and material life. This must

of itself, then, be the author of life, it must be the builder of mind as well as of material things.
7. What, where, do you find such? Then as you determine this - not merely in the mind, but put it upon paper. See what it looks like. Give it names. For names, of course, give the metes and bounds. And that which is universal, you will soon find as you analyze self, has no metes and bounds. For it must be in itself the whole, or else you yourself, as a part of same, cannot attain unless it is the whole.
8. Then, also analyze and set in work what is thy ideal in the mental world. Thus it should include all manners of anxieties, all manners of sorrows, all manners of joys. Unless it does, are ye yourself then capable of appreciating, of analyzing, of even enjoying all that such an ideal has to offer?
9. Then, as ye apply in the mental, ye build that which is thy experience in the physical world. As to whether these are to be set with such metes and bounds as to be in this or that category, this or that strainer, or this or that objector, depends upon choice. Or are ye accepting it all until none becomes of any worth? These ye determine by what thy ideal mentally has been.
10. Thus ye may find in thy mental and spiritual self, ye can make thyself just as happy or just as miserable as ye like. How miserable do ye want to be?
11. Worry about everything that comes along? Contending everything with everyone else? Being jealous of every person you see or every woman who speaks to your husband? If so, you'll be in misery.
12. Be joyous in the Lord! Love others, as ye would have them love ye. As ye mete to others, ye mete to thy Maker. With the same measurement ye judge others, thy Maker, thy God, thy ideal is judging thee.
13. Then as to how happy or how miserable ye desire to be, ye can create in thine own environ. For know, the Lord will not withhold any good thing from those who love Him or love His coming.
14. Are ye ashamed of this or that in thy experience? Why? Are ye proud of that ye can hide from someone else? Why? It isn't thy ideal, then, that ye are living up to, is it? But rather that ye may have the ideal, but ye would like to have thy cake and eat it too! But these are judgements within thine own self and with what judgement ye judge others ye are digging the same pit for thyself. These are the mental and spiritual law pertaining to thee as well as to everyone else, and as ye will find, as has been the injunction from the beginning, be ye of one mind. What

meaneth this? Do ye all love the same guy, no! Not at all. But the same ideals, same purposes. All take form according to the manner of mold each individual has used in building that changing response as a complement to the individuality, to the personality, or that attracted by its opposite.
15. These ye deal with according to thine own ideal. Having chosen, then study to show thyself approved unto thy ideal, which - if ye will find it in the life analysis - will be that ONE, and they who climb up any other way become thieves and robbers of their own selves, of their own better selves.
16. Study to show thyself approved, for the Lord loveth those who love Him, and who love His companionship. For ye, as every soul, came into being to be a companion for thy Lord. Who is thy Lord? It is thine earthly mate? A lord with thee, yes - but only as a complement with thee. And as ye study to show thyself approved, not ashamed of anything, not ashamed of thy choices. For as ye have the Lord on thy side, what thy heart desires, what thy body and thy mind needs may be supplied for the asking.
17. For as He has promised, "What ye ask in my name, believing, ye have already" if thou has then prepared thy mind, thy purpose and thy ideal being correct, it is already thine. Use it to the glory of God, to the honor of self. Not as a boastful thing, for it is lent thee as thy life, as thy person, as thy beauty, as thy form, as thy mind, as thy body - to the glory of God; not to the gratifying of earthly appetites, but in beauty, in love, in harmony, in joy. These bring peace into thy soul, that brings harmony and joy into the life of all.
18. Keep, then, in that way.
19. Ready for questions.
