1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestion for help and relief of this body; answering the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [2998].

3. As we find, conditions here are such that one would call the condition of the nature that the body is not so very ill - oft - but not so very well, most of the time.

4. These are the tendencies and inclinations as we find them with this body, [2998].

5. In times back there were those subluxations which caused, at the time of puberty, a deflection of the activities of the glands in the thyroid, the gonad, the adrenals. These were of such natures as not to hinder development wholly, but retarding the activities caused the incoordinations between the superficial and sympathetic AND the cerebrospinal or central nervous system.

6. These caused, then, as a reflex condition, lack of proper coordination in the eliminating systems of the body.

7. Thus there has been a constant change in the activities in these directions.

8. First, there has been the tendency for all of those disturbances that cause a rash - as from measles, of the varied kinds; as from the eruptions, as of poison ivy. There is the tendency for the body to be allergic to all of these disorders.

9. Thus those tendencies for the feet to give trouble at times, the areas in the groin, about the pubic center, those areas along the body - under the arm, or just below the area where the mammary gland coordinates with the frontal and back portion - these areas tend to be irritated.

10. The headaches, as of an upset stomach, and yet a dull ache at times and at others rather as an acute condition.

11. A tendency towards sterility, though not sterile at all

- but the inclination for the slowing activity of the gonads, as well as the adrenals and the thyroid.

12. These all become a part of the RESULT of the nature of the disturbance.

13. As we find, the subluxation still shows as an inclination - or an area in the 6th to the 8th dorsal - where there is a form of a lesion; as well as in the 2nd lumbar, as a heaviness through the sacral center, or sacral axis; but a lesion at the 2nd lumbar.

14. These, as we find, are the causes and the effects that have been produced in this body of [2998].

15. These have not caused other than an irritating disturbance; never wholly quite well and yet if there are periods when the body is exercised as to expectancy of something very pleasing, the more often the body responds wonderfully - and the body feels better. Yet there are periods when, after the expectancy has caused the body to feel capable of and equal to even some emergencies, the body finds there is a reaction from a headache - as through the temples - and then a dullness through the shoulder blades, - and the body does not feel equal to any condition, for a few days.

16. Then, in making applications for these conditions, - there will necessarily be required periods of treatment, periods of activity, and then the allowing of the body to react to the administration made, then another series of treatments. And we find we should bring near to normal forces for the body.

17. First, we would begin with a combination of hydrotherapy and massage; not merely a treatment by a masseur, but as this:

18. There would be a light cabinet sweat, followed by the hot and cold needle showers, and then a thorough rubdown afterward combined with an adjustment - not chiropractically but osteopathically administered - through the areas especially of the lumbar and sacral, then through the central dorsal area, and through the cervicals. These areas should be made to coordinate one with another.

19. Following the adjusting treatment there should be a thorough heating of the spine, all along the spine, by JUST massage, or a rub.

20. This procedure would be followed at least once each week, until six or ten treatments are taken.

21. At the end of the six to ten treatments, have a thorough colonic irrigation; this merely to set up better conditions through the colon, after there has been the stimulation by the massage and hydrotherapy treatment to set up better

coordination in eliminations; and these coordinations between the perspiratory and respiratory system and the alimentary canal, by stimulating the areas or the centers indicated for better coordinated activity.

22. After these treatments have been completed, begin to take (not before) the Wheat Germ Oil; this as an added amount of the vitamins necessary for the activity of the body, in aiding better recuperation.

23. We would also exercise in the open a great deal; as in golfing or riding, or walking, or swimming - these are the best for the body.

24. Do these, and be consistent.

25. Keep up good eliminations, and be careful in the diet not to set up acid-producing forces through the body.

26. When the Wheat Germ Oil has been taken for two weeks, and the body has rested the two weeks from the hydrotherapy and massage, and has been careful as to diet - we would then leave off the Wheat Germ Oil for some three to four weeks and again take the hydrotherapy and massage.

27. After the second round of this has been completed, begin again with the Wheat Germ Oil.

28. Do these, and we will have better conditions for this body.

29. Ready for questions.

30. (Q) Will this treatment stop falling hair and dandruff? (A) It will aid. When the massage is given for the body, have also a regular massage for the scalp. Use any good soap, as Tar Soap or Castile soap to cleanse and dress the scalp and hair. Then use the Fitch's Five-In-One Oil.

31. We are through for the present. Two copies to Self (one for the Physiotherapist and Osteopath who carries out these treatments - Let us have the name & address of the one you choose.) Copy to Ass'n file e
