Time of Reading 11:00 to 11:15 A. M. Eastern War Time. New York City.
1. GC: You will have before you the body and enquiring mind of [3002], ... N.Y.C., who seeks information, advice and guidance, in a Mental and Spiritual reading, as to her health and certain emotional problems. You will give the entity any information which may be enlightening and inspirational, in helping her to work out these problems. You will answer any questions that may be asked:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body, the enquiring mind of that entity now calling herself [3002].
3. In giving that which as we find would be most helpful and beneficial, those physical disorders that have been a part of the experience of the entity should be analyzed.
4. There has been long standing a pressure that exists in the centers of the cerebrospinal system, associated with the organs of the sensory system. And it is of such a nature that at various times through the body's experience hindrances have occurred to the organs of the sensory reactions in the body.
5. There have been periods of disturbed hearing, and also of what might be called imaginary hearing. While not imagination to the body, nor as a fact as imagination, it has appeared to others as imagination of the body. And such discussions that have arisen have brought those periods when the body, as a protection for itself, has desired to be alone.
6. Also there are periods when these affectations are to the eyes, to the speech, even to the senses of touch or feeling.
7. As may be asked, why these variations?
8. Remember, all activity or emotion in the body is as a vibratory reaction from one portion of the body to another. It is as a system of sensitivenesses, that with any tautness as may come from an upset digestion, upset animation - as conditions that arise from dis-ease of any nature through the system - causes the nerve impulses from ganglia to be

magnified. And these cause, in these centers that are under distress, what may be termed short circuits.
9. Thus we have frustrations to the body, periods of melancholia, and the opposite; periods of wanting to cry, and periods of excess of emotions.
10. All of these have been at times controlled by direct suggestion.
11. They are mechanical in their nature, however. Thus, there is the need for there to be mechanical (osteopathic) adjustments. These will require some little time, and should be rather in periods of three weeks each.
12. During a three-week period take at least six treatments. Then leave off these for two weeks, and then repeat, see? Keep up these series of treatments and rest periods in this manner, and these will change - gradually the whole outlook of the body.
13. In the mental and spiritual, take a guide - as of this nature:
14. Know in Whom ye believe. There are those forces that may arise from His Word. Study, then, thoroughly, the 30th of Deuteronomy - as applied to self. Analyze self in the light of that as may be obtained by application of self in those tenets and truths presented in the 14th, 15th, 16th and 17th of John.
15. And ye will have that guide, the divine in self, where He has promised to meet thee within thine own temple.
16. But, DO have that temple attuned to correct consciousnesses by the physical adjustments; else the lights often become dim. And these are the sources of the frustrations, the sources of those conditions indicated. But when ye abide in His presence, and He in thine own consciousness, ye will seek to apply self in aiding others.
17. Ready for questions.
18. (Q) What has been the cause, since childhood, of the frightful spells of tension and pressure in my head? (A) This pressure, as indicated, is existent in the areas where there are the sensory nerve forces - the upper dorsal and in the 3rd cervical. Have these adjustments made by one in sympathy with the information through this channel, and you will find these will materially aid. THEN make the greater adjustment in thy spiritual and mental self through the application of those tenets and truths in the references given, in thy relationships to others.
19. (Q) What causes the great fear of having people, even those I love best, near me at such times? (A) As indicated and described as to how, under those

disturbances and emotions, there is the seeking to save self. Thus the desire to be alone. But when these pressures are corrected, and with the mental adjustments for spiritual avenues of reactions, we should find greater assistance. It will require a little time. Have at least three to six series of three weeks each of the treatments, and as many rest periods. After at least the second or third series of treatments, begin then with the study of the scripture and the analyzing of self in the manner indicated.
20. We are through for the present. Two copies to Self (one for Dr. Geo. N. Coulter, 18 East 41st St., N.Y.C.) Copy to Ass'n file
