Time of Reading 3:55 to 4:05 P. M. Eastern War Time. New York, N.Y.

1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body; answering the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [3002]; this we have had before.

3. As we find there are changes, most for the betterment in the physical conditions of this body. While some disturbing activities are indicated, these that have produced the conditions in and through the teeth, and the accumulations about same, are from the lack of following through entirely with those suggestions made for full or complete eliminations of the poisons in the system.

4. As these poisons were stirred to a lymph activity, and those areas were the weaker courses through which these poisons were carried in the circulation, they find lodgment in the teeth and gums.

5. The changes wrought, while not satisfactory, have released much of the poisons from the body.

6. But if there would be better eliminations set up by hydrotherapy or the osteopathic treatments and hydrotherapy, these conditions should better purify the body and thus eliminate sources of infection that might cause greater disturbances for the body.

7. Ready for questions.

8. (Q) Please suggest corrective diet. (A) Raw vegetables, as water cress, celery, lettuce, radishes, onions and the like. These grated or chopped fine, or ground, but preserve the juices. Of course, include carrots and beets occasionally. These would be corrective diets for the body.

9. (Q) Any other advice? (A) We would keep those attitudes that have been indicated for the body of constructiveness and helpfulness for others.

It will make the experiences of the entity much more worthwhile in this present sojourn.
