1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body; answering the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here.
3. As we find, there are many conditions - considering the general body - that are very good. However, there are those regarding which precautions should be taken, as there are tendencies and inclinations that may become serious - gradually causing more and more anxiety for the body.
4. These, then, are the conditions as we find them with this body, [3006].
5. The blood supply indicates that there is a tendency in the chemical forces for the lack of elements in the hemoglobin, as well as in the plasma of the blood itself; so that there is the tendency towards arthritic conditions.
6. Also, from the manner of pulsation, there is the indication that all is not as it might be in the circulation between lungs, heart, liver and kidneys, or especially that between heart and lungs.
7. There is a little irregularity, and there is caused more of the awareness; not exactly an ache or pain, but a fullness across the area at the lower portion of the breast bone or sternum. This indicates that there are sources, then, not so much of infection but of pressures that are hindering or slowing the eliminations as related to the alimentary canal, the liver and kidney circulation, the perspiratory system, and the lungs - or the pulmonaries.
8. These are slowed somewhat through pressures that are indicated, not so much in the spinal system here as in the areas where cerebrospinal and sympathetic nervous systems coordinate at certain ganglia centers; as in the secondary cardiac plexus, or the 3rd and 4th dorsal, also at the 9th dorsal and 3rd cervical.
9. We find that these are more, as indicated, in the
3006-2 Page 2
coordinating patches of the lymph and the cerebrospinal centers. These are also indicated in the chemical forces of blood, of plasm, in the digestive juices, in the lack of proper eliminations at all times through the alimentary canal. Kidneys through this become involved. Hence there is felt at times a fullness across the upper portion of the kidney.
10. These are the tendencies and inclinations and conditions as we find them with this body, [3006] we are speaking of; and how this is how we would meet same at the present time:
11. Each week we would have a good hydrotherapy treatment, by one who would interpret the disturbances and take the measures to correct same by the use of certain characters of hydrotherapy treatments. These should include first the Fume Bath, rather than the Dry Heat, and the Fumes should include a great deal of Witchhazel alternated with Atomidine; that is: one week using Witchhazel, two teaspoonsful in the pint of water boiling in the cabinet to produce the Fumes, and the next week one teaspoonful of Atomidine in the boiling water to produce the Fumes, and so on.
12. Following the Fume Bath there should be the needle shower; that is, both cold and hot, or hot and cold compresses - provided the body is watched closely as to the quick reaction between cold and hot. Hence as we find, the needle shower would be preferable.
13. After this there should be the thorough rubdown.
14. Also once each week we would have those particular areas indicated RELAXED, not stimulated but relaxed, either by a good masseuse or an osteopath that would relax - not stimulate - especially the 9th dorsal area, 6th and 7th dorsal, and the brachial center (2nd & 3rd dorsal) and the 3rd cervical.
15. Do these, being mindful of the activities and the diet.
16. In the activities it is well for the body to keep in the open, but not too ACTIVE in the open! that is, not too much straining, not too much stooping or too much lifting - for this isn't getting to be any help for the body, since these pull too much on the central nervous system.
17. Hence the relaxing the more often will be the better. Not that the body shouldn't keep busy with its hands and head, but not too much to the extreme!
18. In the diet, do not take fried foods ever for this body. These are hard on the liver and the kidneys, for the body especially.
19. Do not ever take white potatoes or white bread at the same meal, or spaghetti or macaroni; no two of these at any
3006-2 Page 3
one meal.
20. Do take more of raw vegetables, and those of the yellow variety, so that there is kept a better balance as to the natural or normal reactions from vitamins from these fruits and vegetables in the body that are yellow in color, especially.
21. Do take more of such fruits as figs, pie plant (rhubarb) cooked apples, dates, plums, and those natures that tend to be not so much as a laxative as a purifier and an absorber for the gases and oxygen forces in the intestinal tract.
22. Do keep these rather in order and we will feel much better.
23. Make and keep the mental attitude hopeful. Keep optimistic. Not only be good, be good for something - and let everyone feel better for the entity having been present. Give as well as demand of others in their abilities to give or to entertain, and we will bring bettered conditions for this body.
24. Ready for questions.
25. (Q) Is there any indication of the development of cancer? (A) Not as we find in the present. There are those tendencies for slowed circulation, but if these applications are followed in the manner indicated we should keep all of these better coodinating.
26. (Q) Other than indicated, is there any serious heart trouble? (At times I have pain over that area.) (A) No; this can become so, but not in the present.
27. (Q) Kidney? (A) No, not in the present. Do these things as indicated for better conditions of this body.
28. We are through for the present. Two copies to Self " " Ass'n file
