Born October 16, 1908, in N.Y.C. Time of Reading 3:55 to 4:20 P. M. Eastern War Time. ..., N.Y.

1. GC: You will give the relations of this entity and the universe, and the universal forces; giving the conditions which are as personalities, latent and exhibited in the present life; also the former appearances in the earth plane, giving time, place and the name, and that in each life which built or retarded the development for the entity; giving the abilities of the present entity, that to which it may attain, and how. You will answer the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: (In going back over years from the present - " - '40 - changes - " etc., on back to birth date.)

3. Yes, we have the records here of that entity now called [... R. ...] [3018].

4. In giving an interpretation of the records as we find them, these we choose with the desire and purpose that this may be a helpful experience for the entity.

5. And if there is the application made in the manner as may be outlined for this entity, this information may prove most materially, mentally and spiritually helpful for this entity.

6. In analyzing the urges, those that arise from astrological aspects we find rather weakened; and thus it behooves the entity to make application MENTALLY of spiritual values that may be set as ideals. Then we will have material manifestations that will be beneficial.

7. We choose these from the records with a desire to help. We would minimize faults but we would magnify the virtues. And the virtues here are many.

8. The entity because of his indecisions at times allows others to take advantage of him. The entity must learn to be self-assertive; not egotistical but self-assertive - from a knowledge of the relationship of self with the material world.

9. As we have indicated, astrological aspects mean little,

3018-1 Page 2

save as to the abilities of the entity in that direction where, if he had applied himself, he might have been a writer of verse. For, it is rather the natural thing for the entity to make verse of those things that please the entity most, or to gather or to save certain characters of prose or poems that carry with them a real story.

10. But the sojourns in the earth mean much.

11. All in the astrological would be Mercury and Venus, and one is the ennobling or the high mental influence and the other that which may easily become a stumblingstone - because of the entity's attraction for, and being attracted to, the opposite sex. This need not become a stumbling stone, but it is easy to do so - in the experience of the entity.

12. In the spiritual and the mental application, then, - first the entity should gain the knowledge that all that is IS of spirit, and is first formed in spirit. And by the mental and spiritual application choices are made as to directions to pursue.

13. Who is the author, then, of thy faith? In thyself, in the hope of the hereafter, in the abilities of thy mind and of thy body?

14. He that is the way, the truth and the life!

15. Then, know thyself first. Know thine own abilities. Don't assert that you know something and don't, but ye usually DO! Don't allow others to talk you out of decisions you have reached.

16. This done - knowing that as ye apply the spiritual AND mental abilities - He will show the way, He will give the direction!

17. Study, then, these: Take the 30th of Deuteronomy and make it as thine own; knowing of whom the lawgiver speaks, that it is thyself, thine own God-self.

18. Then study the 14th, 15th, 16th and 17th of John. To WHOM does the Master of the Way speak? To THEE! To THEE!

19. Then, if ye are in keeping with those tenets, those truths, those assertions, WHO can be against you?

20. But when ye allow others to over-persuade, or when ye rely upon others, there is not the use of the innate strength within self. It is well, to be sure, for individuals to reason together. It is well to reason with not only your superiors in other offices of activity but with those that are subordinate to thine own authority; but let thy yeas be yea and thy nays be nay - though in the Lord. Not merely that these do not apply. These DO apply to the material things also - but knowing deep within yourself you are right! Analyze the problems of the day,

today, in thy capacity as an executive officer in the machinist shop, or in whatever line of endeavor.

21. This, in the present, the machinist, would be excellent. And work towards that eventually of being affiliated or associated with those activities of the steel making in Birmingham, Alabama, with the Tennessee Coal and Iron Corporation. These should be thy activities - thy tendency.

22. For:

23. In the sojourn before this the entity was in that land now known as Alabama, when there were those divisions being made - or those exchanges the Indians were making with those peoples who had moved into that part of the land.

24. The entity then, as Claudius (though called Claude) Moore, was an active force in laying out much of what became later the various characters of mines through that very same portion of the land.

25. The interest in mechanical turns arise from that sojourn, from that ordinarily called the necessity of man becoming the mother of invention.

26. As the entity prepared in those periods the machinery or the tools for certain characters of ore, for mining, we find that these brought that innate desire - and yet all of it is music. The music of gears, the music of plants, the machinery, may be just as beautiful to this entity as the music of the bird or of the musician - in the harmonious effect upon this body.

27. Before that the entity was in the Norse land, when there were those changes being made in the groupings of the various peoples through the central portions of Europe.

28. Hence the entity's particular interest in all of those lands. For the entity then, while of the soldiery, was more of the traveller; making associations or connections with varied groups that would later be used in the efforts of a centralized committee or organization of which the entity was a part - in the name Yoenyensen.

29. The entity in the experience was a leader, but became a bit tactless - because of associations with certain groups of the opposite sex in the land. And here we find a weakness, as well as a strength - if certain influences are turned in that way of being prompted by spiritual forces rather than purely material desires.

30. It requires, then, as we have indicated, the self-assertiveness. For, as the commands or pronouncements were made of old, there is today, each day, set before thee good and evil. It is necessary that the entity choose Who and What may help thee. There is none better than being led by the spirit. Let this be in spiritual, in mental, and in

3018-1 Page 4

material things also; laying not more stress upon one than upon the other.

31. Before that the entity was in the Egyptian land, when there were those activities in which varied groups were given certain activities through vocational preparation in the education and schooling during those periods in the Temple Beautiful.

32. There the entity was identified with mining and machinery, building, and things of such a nature; then being known as Auk-Ent-Ken.

33. Then, as to the abilities of the entity:

34. Ye alone may limit thyself. For, if the Lord is on thy side, who may be against thee?

35. But, no matter how there may be the application of the mental and material alone, without that spiritual assurance troubles will arise, material differences will come about - and judgments are passed upon self even before there is the activity of the entity in its relationships with others.

36. Then, in those activities as may have to do with mines, or mining interests, but machinery that works with same, should the entity engage - and excel - in those portions of the land as indicated; making the efforts in that direction when there are those possibilities of renewal or changes.

37. Keep self unspotted from condemning others, and be not one that passes too quick a judgment on others. For, with what measure ye mete it is measured to thee again.

38. Ready for questions.

39. (Q) Through what channels, and just what contacts should I make, to become affiliated with the organization referred to? (A) As indicated, make preparations, make a study in the present, for machinery and its activity as related to mining. Know and understand the interest of such, the steel and its preparations in the various forms. Then make application to and through those channels for such.

40. (Q) Why have I seemed to be unsuccessful in my work, or in any enterprise that comes my way? (A) As indicated, the lack of self-confidence. And the lack of self confidence is the lack of surety. Make the surety in that which is eternal.

41. We are through for the present. Copy to Self " " Ass'n file le
