Time of Reading 4:10 to 4:15 P. M. Eastern War Time. ..., Mass.

1. GC: You will give the physical conditions of this body, with suggestions for corrective measures, answering the questions as I ask them:

2. EC: As we find, there are some changes, but the applications for purifying the glands were not made in the manner indicated. Take only one drop at the time, and this in half a glass of water before the morning meal - not more than that.

3. Follow the suggestions closely that have been indicated, if there would be the corrections.

4. Do have osteopathic corrections made in the areas indicated, the central dorsal system and through the pelvis and the lumbar areas.

5. Do that.

6. Ready for questions.

7. (Q) Could there be a disturbance in the rectum or vagina which is causing the asthma? (I only ask this question because I have had several people tell me about the doctor in Kansas City who treats asthma from that part of the body.) (A) There could be disturbances, but this is not the source - as we have indicated. The source is in the upper dorsal and through the lumbar and sacral areas. Do as outlined for the better conditions for this body.

8. (Q) Is there some food that I eat which aggravates my condition? (A) Any sweets will aggravate the condition, or too much starches. Citrus fruit juices, vegetable juices, all of these are better for the body - whenever there are such symptoms or tendencies.

9. (Q) Would enemas help relieve my condition? (A) Enemas will help rid the condition in the colon, not relieve the asthmatic condition.

10. (Q) Would Vitamin B. Complex? (A) We would take KalDak.

11. (Q) Sweat or Turkish Baths? (A) These are good, but will have to be very carefully
