[Note from GD: It is always best that the approach be made from the individual direct to Mr. Cayce, as there is a sympathetic contact created by the desire of the individual seeking. If the individual is not capable of making his or her own request, then it should come from a parent or one entirely responsible for the physical, mental and spiritual welfare of the individual.
