R E A D I N G
Time of Reading 10:45 to 11:00 A. M. Eastern War Time. ..., Tenn.
1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body; answering the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [3073].
3. As we find, there are conditions that disturb the better physical functioning of the body.
4. This is rather of an insidious nature, and has gradually - with the changing of the glandular forces and activities - caused depressions, as it were, to the GENERAL activity and the general ability of body forces to reproduce themselves; especially as related to the abilities of the elimination of used energies from the body.
5. These have been coming on gradually.
6. The use of injections, the taking of certain formulas that supply character of energies, has at times allayed but has not been curative in the effects.
7. There must be the choice of the entity as to whether the applications that have been administered are to be continued, or whether these applications we will suggest are to be approached from a different thesis or basis - as to the sources and causes of the disturbance.
8. These, then, are the conditions as we find them with this body, [3073] we are speaking of:
9. While in many respects testing negative, in many respects showing a very good activity, we find that the blood supply is irregular, and shows irregularity in the distribution of its energies, as well as the activities of the nerve forces that accompany the activity of the circulation, especially through the muscles and tendons of extremities.
10. For, as indicated, there are the effects of drosses there; not rheumatic, though at times uric acid is indicated through portions of the circulation. It is not altogether

arthritic nor altogether neuritic, but is both of these. For, the pains that occur in portions of the extremities indicate that it is an intestinal and a glandular disturbance; leaving these drosses or used energies in portions of the body.
11. At times, in some areas, these will gradually become inflammatory in their nature to the sympathetic nerves. These will gradually increase, unless measures are taken, to cause the portions of the muscular forces and the tendons to become involved.
12. These are the conditions then, as we find, to be met.
13. In making administrations for helpful forces here:
14. First we would begin taking one drop of Atomidine in half a glass of water each morning before any meal is taken. Do this for five days straight running.
15. Leave off for five days, then take again for five days, and so on for at least three to five series - or at least five series.
16. During the second series of the Atomidine, do have a colonic irrigation. There may be required more than one, but do cleanse the colon. To each gallon and a half of water injected, use a heaping teaspoonful of table salt and a level teaspoonful of baking soda, well dissolved. These will act with the gastric or intestinal fluids there, not producing irritation; provided an intestinal antiseptic is used in the last waters - that is, a tablespoonful of Glyco-Thymoline to a gallon of water.
17. Be sure that the mucous is cleared from the colon. If this requires the second colonic, have same - but let them be at least ten days apart.
18. When at least five series of the Atomidine have been taken, increase the amount to at least three drops each morning for the five days.
19. THEN have a thorough Epsom Salts Bath. Put at least twenty-five pounds of Epsom Salts in fifty gallons of water. This should be warm, but not so hot as to upset the circulation of the heart - for this shows irregularity from some of those injections that have been a part of the applications.
20. Following the Epsom Bath (but stay in same for at least twenty minutes, longer if possible), have a thorough rubdown with Peanut Oil, using a little Lanolin in same, the proportions being a teaspoonful of Lanolin (dissolved) to four ounces of Peanut Oil. Shake these thoroughly before using. Massage along the spine, especially over the lumbar and sacral areas, over the limbs, and especially around the knees, the shoulders and the elbows, and all over the body -

all the body will absorb. Massage in a circular motion, so the body will absorb these.
21. Leave off all the applications, then, for two weeks.
22. Then repeat the whole of those things suggested, and in the manner suggested.
23. By the time of the second series of these, we should find most of these conditions eliminated from the body.
24. Do all of the things outlined, though, or else don't begin them! Either do all of these or none!
25. In the matter of the diet - do have sea foods often, though not canned; preferably have these as fresh as may be obtained. Have fish and fowl, then, often.
26. No hog meats of any kind, not even breakfast bacon. No beef, though at times a stew or soups - where a beef bone is used in the preparation, and the marrow would be a part of same - would be very well. Not too much of other forms of fat, though butter would be taken.
27. Do have each day some form of raw fresh vegetables. Do take the leafy vegetables in preference to the pod nature, or beans and the like. Do take okra often, and the soups or such made with same.
28. Use whole wheat bread, and never white bread.
29. These should be the principal foods, though not all of them, to be sure.
30. Plenty of fruits, berries of all kinds may be taken, in moderation.
31. Ready for questions.
