Time of Reading 3:45 to 4:05 P. M. Eastern War Time. ..., Maryland.
1. GD: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body; answering the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes - nice looking body!
3. We have the body, [3074].
4. As we find, there are conditions that are causing disturbances with this body. These are rather of a specific nature, though in a general manner the disturbances cause more of a specific result or effect in the body.
5. These deal with activities between the adrenals and the nerves that control the forces in the cerebrospinal system directing the sensory organism.
6. Then, as we find, these are the disturbances with this body, [3074].
7. First, in the blood supply - while this in the main is very good, there are indications in same that there are hindrances, or conditions in the circulation where portions of body are blocked by a form of congestion. Not congestion such as arises from inflammation, though at times inflammatory results or effects are produced through the body.
8. These we find, as indicated, are suppressions, or subluxations that exist in the lower portion of the 9th dorsal and in the 10th and 11th dorsal centers. While there are reflexes indicated in the 2nd and 3rd dorsal also, as well as a lesion in the 3rd and 2nd cervical - these cause the deflections. This comes in the form of a minor pressure in the cartilaginous forces in the segments at the lower portion of 9th, or 9th and 10th dorsal. This has existed for some time.
9. Now it finds those activities that produce lacking of circulation in neck and head, as to cause a prolapsus in the Eustachian tubes.
3074-1 Page 2
10. Thus the head noises, that tendency for the lack of proper distribution of energies as to supply even all the fluids in the inner ear. This is a constitutional disturbance, but the subluxation causing deflection has brought on these conditions.
11. This produces a general nervousness through the body, tending to cause general debilitation as related to the activity in the organs of the body forces, AND to the secretions as would be activative through the organs of the pelvis; especially as related to the activity of the reproductive organs.
12. Hence this same condition that is disturbing the hearing, that at times alters even the taste. For, at times things that are sweet or sour or salty to others may appear to the entity as lacking in taste.
13. The effect to the eyes is at times a burning, a little inflammation to the areas about the eyeball itself, itching lids at times. These are the same that cause this suppression in the activities of the ovaries; causing at times irregularity as to the Periods.
14. These do not cause a great pain, save at times when there has been some special reflex upon the imaginative system, or some great emotional upset. Then the Periods become at times distressing to the body.
15. The organs as related to the central nervous system, activity of heart, of lungs, of liver, of spleen, of pancreas, even of the digestive system, are only sympathetically involved; while those as related to the activity of the lower hepatic circulation AND the eliminations (that at times cause irregularity in eliminations) cause at times also some irregularity, some scantness and at other times a very frequent activity of kidneys and bladder.
16. These are the conditions as we find them with this body, [3074] and in making applications for correction of these:
17. First we would have a short series, or some three or four, of GENERAL relaxing treatments not by cabinet sweats but rather by remaining in warm water for quite a period; that is, twenty to thirty minutes, to relax the body thoroughly. The temperature of the water should be gradually increased. Do this about two days apart. Use Pine Oil in the water; about an ounce to twenty to thirty gallons of water. The body should recline in this for twenty to thirty minutes.
18. Then, after three to four of such warm baths, in the manner indicated - begin with having adjustments osteopathically made in the lower dorsal, through the sacral
3074-1 Page 3
and lumbar, then coordinating the upper dorsal and cervical with these. These, to be sure, are at variance to some manners in which some osteopaths make adjustments, but these will be the correct manners for this particular body. In the first series have at least a period of ten adjustments.
19. Do not attempt to make the complete adjustments until at least six treatments of a relaxing nature have been given.
20. Then have at least four more, when more of corrections are made.
21. Leave off the applications then for a period of two weeks.
22. Then begin with the low form of electricity for the body as would be supplied through the Wet Cell Appliance, but used as the Radio-Active Appliance is ordinarily used. Have an extra heavy charge for the Wet Cell, using both the copper and nickel plates but both being small plates, see?
23. To at least two gallons of the Rain or Distilled Water, add: Copper Sulphate................2 1/2 pounds, Sulfuric Acid C.P..............1 1/2 ounces, Zinc...............................6 drams, Willow Charcoal..................1/2 pound. Use this Appliance half an hour each day, for at least thirty days. When the copper plate is attached to the ankle, the nickel is attached to the opposite wrist. This should circulate about the body; that is, first the copper plate - to the left ankle, the nickel plate to the right wrist; the next day the copper plate to the right ankle, the nickel plate to the left wrist; the next day the copper plate to the right wrist, the nickel plate to the left ankle; and so about the body, each day changed so that we will have both circuits passing through the upper and lower portions of the body.
24. After the Appliance has been used for thirty days, - then have another series of at least six osteopathic adjustments.
25. Then have - during this second period - the finger surgery, osteopathically, for the Eustachian tubes; not in the first series, but in the second series - and AFTER the electrical forces of the Wet Cell Appliance have been given the body.
26. Keep the diets well balanced. Plenty of whole grain cereals or foods, either in cereals or in breads.
27. Have plenty of sea foods regularly, plenty of fowl; not too much of beef, though mutton may be taken, as well as - of course - fish and other sea foods.
3074-1 Page 4
28. Plenty of fresh vegetables.
29. During the second series of the osteopathic adjustments (not before), do begin taking the B-1 Complex tablets.
30. There should not be required more than one finger surgery treatment, though one will necessarily have to follow same - at the end of the series, but not as severe as the first breaking up of that lesion and prolapsus in the Eustachian tube.
31. Doing these, we should not only remove the noises in head but soon restore almost to normal the hearing.
32. Ready for questions.
33. (Q) Will I ever have a child, and if so will it affect my hearing detrimentally? (A) If these things indicated will be done, it may be possible to have the child - and to be the gainer in the hearing, by the effect of same on the body. But we would do these things as indicated first.
34. We are through with this Reading. Two copies to Self (one for the osteopath - Let us know the one you choose to follow that part of the treatment.) Copy to Ass'n file (See explanatory sheet [which was enclosed] regarding the Wet Cell Appliance. We would refer you to a young couple in Baltimore, of our membership, who have had experience with Rdgs: Mr. [1710] & his wife, Mrs. [2803]. GD.) .)
