Time of Reading 10:40 to 11:00 A. M. Eastern War Time. ..., Maryland.

1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body; answering the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [3076].

3. Now, as we find, there are disturbances that prevent the better physical functioning.

4. While the injury to the hip and the pelvic bone is a contributory cause, we find that this is only part of the trouble; though in this particular case, if we can have responses to the healing in the hip area, this will contribute to the general welfare of the body.

5. The bruise to the hip and pelvic bone was of such a nature that those tendons or connections in the center of the bone, as well as the upper portion of the femur here, the structural part itself, were bruised. And this tends to adhere.

6. There is not sufficient of the lymph or emunctory circulation through the area to prevent a stiffness, or to keep from some deterioration - that has come through the years.

7. While this may be materially aided, other conditions must also be considered.

8. Those activities having to do with the glandular system, and the effect had upon the emunctory bursa and the lymph bursa through the body - as there has been a definite call upon these portions of the body to create the lymph for this inflammation here - have caused deterioration and some lack of proper assimilation through the digestive area, in the amount of the balance that is kept between the lactic and the digestive fluids - or the balance between the alkalines and acids. For, there must be sufficient acidity to form a certain kind of digestive chyle through portions of the body itself.

9. This lacking, has caused some strain on the circulation through the lungs. This has caused an activity that causes the central circulation to be unbalanced, so that a strain is produced on the heart, the liver, the lungs, the kidneys and all of these.

10. As we find, we would make this character of administration:

11. First - once each week - we would take internally one-eighth grain of Animated Ash. Take dry on tongue and wash down with a little water.

12. A few minutes after this is taken - ten minutes afterward, to be exact - use the ultra-violet ray over the hip area. Use this ONLY with the projection of the green light between the ultra-violet and the body itself. Use only the Mercury Quartz Light, NOT the Carbon Light.

13. Follow the use of the Light, each week, you see, with a massage - osteopathically given. This would be to correct, gradually, those areas about the pelvis and the hip bone. This will require long periods, but it should be helpful.

14. These may not be entirely eliminated, but with the use of the Ash, the Light, and the setting up of drainages in the centers along the frontal portion of the body, as well as along the spinal area, we may change or retard all of these conditions - and bring a much better influence for the body.

15. In the matter of the diet for the body - keep plenty of sea foods of all characters about three times a week; also fowl, and especially the bony pieces. Preferably prepare such pieces as the neck, the head, the wing, the feet, and the bony pieces, so that the small bones may be very well masticated by the body, or the juice chewed out of these. For, the juices from these carry more of the calcium that is needed. This, the calcium, may not be supplied as well in other ways as it may be by taking the extra quantities of sea foods (which carry a great deal of the iodines as well as the calcium) and the bony pieces of fowl or chicken.

16. Take plenty of vegetable juices, both raw and cooked, rather than too much of the vegetables themselves. Puree most of the vegetables for this particular body.

17. Do these things, and we will make for better conditions, [3076].

18. Ready for questions.

19. (Q) If I should marry, can I have a child without suffering afterwards from this sacro-iliac, my back, and pressure in the left hip? (A) As we find, it would not be to the advantage of the body even to marry - until there is a great deal of change

3076-1 Page 3

in these conditions. For, without these corrections being made, the natural consequence of marriage would bring hardships to the body - and be very apt to produce a static condition in the hip.

20. (Q) What can be done to correct the rheumatic flare-ups from time to time? (A) This is from the lack of this flow, and is this same circulation, of course, as indicated, that causes the increased quantities of the uric acid through the circulation of the central blood supply. The violet ray and massage, and especially the character of the diet, should materially aid in these directions.

21. (Q) What can be done to correct chronic constipation I have had all my life? (A) This, again, is a part of this circulation through the alimentary canal in the lymph. And the increasing in the amount of the character of food indicated, as well as the massage, should materially aid. Rather than too much of cathartics, use enemas - or colonic irrigations. These even taken once each month (the colonics), or twice each month at times, will be found to be helpful.

22. (Q) What can I do to regain normal vision without the aid of eyeglasses? (A) This is part of the whole circulation. The head and neck exercises will be better for the body, taken morning and evening, sitting of morning, standing of evening.

23. (Q) What can I do to clear up the phlegm congestion in my throat and ear tubes, that two abscessed ears last winter left me with? (A) This is still a part of the same emunctory or lymph circulation. Stimulating in the massage should correct this, for it will change the circulation through the head and neck.

24. (Q) Would a suspension operation remedy the pressure around the left hip bone, when sitting? (A) Not as yet. Do these things, as we find, and if this can relieve the static conditions there, the operation would not be necessary. Do these things as indicated.
