1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body; answering the questions, as I ask them.
2. EC: Yes.
3. As we find, there is a complication of disturbances. These have to do with the activity of the liver, as well as the lack of proper supply through structural portions of the body to supply sufficient of the red blood cells.
4. These complications arose, we find, first from a chemical unbalance in the system, or - first - a lack of the supply of the gastric juices, or of the acids in the digestive system.
5. This tends to make for such a drain on the blood supply as to cause a form of anemia. This anemia, becoming of an acute state, and with the unbalanced condition in digestion, affected the liver.
6. Hence we have rather a serious disturbance that may be a combination of multiple sclerosis and anemia, which makes the inability for activity or for the use of the lower limbs, as well as an affectation to all the locomotory centers, as well as the inability of supplying energies to the digestive fluids in the body.
7. While these are rather serious, there are some complications in administering for the better conditions of this body.
8. We find that the liver extract, as well as the Beef Juice, should be given as medicinal properties. The liver extract should carry a very small quantity of iron - or such as may be found in Wyeth's Beef, Iron and Wine. This may be taken in small doses, with the Pure Beef Juice, - these not together, but about every two hours apart; though, to be sure, do not awaken the body when it sleeps to give same. Alter these properties, one time giving a teaspoonful

of the Pure Beef Juice, and the next time about half a teaspoonful of the Wyeth's Beef, Iron and Wine, and so on.
9. Begin also with a daily massage of especially the sacral and lumbar areas with Peanut Oil. Massage this thoroughly into the sacral area and the abdomen, and especially across the liver and diaphragm area.
10. The low electrical forces that will make for a heating of the body, as in a very low form of Diathermy, will aid in the circulation of heart, lungs, liver, kidneys. These would be altered from the secondary cardiac plexus to the 9th dorsal plexus at various times, giving these about twice or three times each week - while the massage should be done daily.
11. In the diet - not too much of solid foods, but that as may be easily assimilated.
12. Do take ACIGEST as a part of the stimuli for the better digestion. This we would take every other day, a teaspoonful in a glass of raw milk - preferably of evening.
13. These, as we find, offer the better opportunity for improvement of this body, [3080].
14. Ready for questions.
15. (Q) When beginning this treatment, should I discontinue the two shots of liver extract and Vitamin B-1 a week? (A) Not necessarily, but we will find that after these treatments here outlined have been taken for a week, these may be discontinued.
16. (Q) Why do I not walk? (A) The inability of the nerve and muscular forces to control the locomotories. Hence the needs for this stimulation and building up of the body, especially the massages of the limbs and the lower sacral and lumbar area, and abdomen, with the oils. These will supply much of food value to the lymph and emunctory circulation through same.
17. (Q) Is this the cause of my hands and back being so numb and stiff? (A) All of these, as indicated, are the complication. Do these things, as we find, and we may obtain the better results. But be consistent with these applications, each one in its regular place and manner.
18. We are through with this reading. Two copies to Self (one for Dr. Mary Miller) Copy to Ass'n file (7/3/43 GD's note: See directions [which were enclosed] for preparing Pure Beef Juice.) )
