Time of Reading 4:05 to 4:25 P. M. Eastern War Time. ..., New York.

1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body; answering the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [3108].

3. As we find, there are conditions that disturb the better functioning of the physical forces of this body.

4. We find that these are of a CONSUMING nature in the superficial circulation, and the effect this has upon the imaginative mental forces, combined with reactions upon the organs themselves.

5. These, then, are the conditions as we find them with this body, [3108] we are speaking of:

6. The blood supply indicates the variations that exist in the superficial circulation, especially to the lower extremities, and the deeper or the main internal circulation.

7. These produce those variations which occur at times in the pulsation, as well as the temperature of the body under varied stresses or conditions.

8. Then the effect this has upon the general nervous system, not only from the sources of the disturbance - an infection in the epidermis that causes this consuming, and thus is a form of tubercle of the skin force itself. Yet in the type of circulation produced it brings the acids in conjunction with the activity of air upon those portions of the limbs, and along portions of the buttocks and back, and gives a great deal of pain as well as discoloration, and changes that gradually come about in the texture as well as of the skin itself.

9. The activity, then, is the consuming of the lymph centers in the extremities, and the emunctories as in the groin, in loins, and the other portions, especially under the knee, in

the bursa of the feet, become involved in the disturbance. Part glandular, part lymph, and the circulation itself.

10. As we find, in making administrations for such - first there would be taken internally that which will aid in a glandular cleansing; so that the activity of the glands throughout the system may be stimulated to a nearer normal action.

11. Take internally, then, one drop of Atomidine each morning before any meal is taken, in half a glass of water. Take for five days, leave off five days, and then take five days more.

12. Then begin with the Castor Oil Packs over the affected area, on limbs; not merely one area but the whole of the affected area. These should be kept warm, not too hot but warm, for at least an hour at a period. Leave them off for several hours, and then apply again. Keep these up continually through varied periods, you see - an hour at a time, rest a few hours, and then apply again. Of course, this doesn't mean to get up in the night and put them on, but do use them two to three times a day - for five or six weeks. Each time when the Packs are removed, cleanse or bathe off the portions of the body with a mild soda water solution - not too strong.

13. Do not apply these on the abdomen, but ONLY on parts affected - as on the back and the limbs, see?

14. After sponging off with the soda water, each time massage the body with this combination of oils, these proportions: Peanut Oil.......................2 ounces, Olive Oil........................1 ounce, Lanolin, dissolved or liquified.........1/2 ounce.

15. Keep this up for a period of five to six weeks - we will find there will be responses. It will be necessary then to change, but do these in the beginnings.

16. In the matter of the diet - let there be plenty of the raw vegetables taken; that is, as celery, lettuce, tomatoes, and especially water cress. This should be a part of the diet daily. Take the regular diet, but not too much of solid foods, though do not depend wholly upon liquids or semi-liquids.

17. Do that, for the first five to eight weeks.

18. Ready for questions.

19. (Q) Where is it best for me to be at this time? (A) Wherever you can get this done!

20. (Q) Is it more advisable for me to remain at my present address or may I return to my own home? (A) If you may get the work done there, return to the home!

The better is to satisfy the mind. For, as indicated, this is as much a part of a general disturbance. For when there begins such in the extremities, it aggravates the mind as much as it does the body.

21. (Q) Who is the proper person to carry out these treatments? (A) Whoever will administer them just as indicated, and not merely as something to be done but doing it purposefully, for the obtaining of certain results! And then the mental attitude, in spiritual as well as the general mental: Be good, or well, FOR something; not just well again. But set the mind as a purposeful thing for some creative activity. And go to work to accomplish it, AS the activities or helpfulness is given for the correcting of the body ailments!

22. (Q) Has the condition to do with the previous operation? (A) Only as in connection with certain of the glands destroyed in same.

23. (Q) How can it be avoided in the future? (A) Well, what's done here has been done. Don't do them again - when such an operation is to be performed, don't destroy the centers where these were! Do these things, and after the six to eight weeks we will give further instructions.
