Time of Reading 4:05 to 4:15 P. M. Eastern War Time. Washington, D.C.

1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body; answering the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes - very bad conditions here.

3. For, as we find with [3110], there is a lesion formed in the reflexes of the right lobe of the brain; that has caused the paralysis or the static movements in the left side of the body.

4. We find that these conditions may be materially aided, yet this will require long and patient application.

5. These arise from injuries received to the circulation that flows from, or rather to the brain - and the heart condition is also bad.

6. Hence normal locomotion is prevented, also anything like near normal action.

7. There will be required, then, as we find, for at least a period of thirty days, the application morning and evening of the Glyco-Thymoline Packs at the base of the brain and along the area from the end of the spine to the 9th dorsal. Use three to four thicknesses of cotton cloth saturated in the Glyco-Thymoline and apply directly to the body over these areas, for at least an hour every morning and an hour every evening.

8. Each time following the Packs, massage the body - always away from the head, toward the lower part of body - with this combination of oils: Peanut Oil..................2 ounces, Olive Oil...................1 ounce, Lanolin, dissolved or liquefied........1 teaspoonful. Massage in a circular motion and to stimulate better circulation, not only along each side of the spine but the

arms, the shoulders, the whole of the sacral area, and down the left limb especially, including the bursa in the feet, the ankle, and calf of the leg, and under the knee, and along the sciatic of the limb itself.

9. Each evening, following the last Pack and rub, use the Wet Cell Appliance carrying vibratorially to the body the Chloride of Gold.

10. Attach the Wet Cell Appliance to the body for an hour each evening, following the last of the Packs and massages as indicated. The Gold Solution should be in the proportions of one grain Chloride of Gold to each ounce of Distilled Water, and use at least six ounces.

11. Renew the Gold Solution every fifteen days. Recharge the Appliance, by a new charging solution, every thirty days.

12. Keep the attachment plates very clean or polished before and after using. Take the connections from the bottle or from the solution when not in use, cleansing them; and then putting back into the solution, or connecting to the Appliance, about twenty minutes before the attachments are made to the body.

13. Attach the large nickel plate, through which the Gold Solution passes vibratorially, to the umbilical or lacteal duct plexus - that is, three fingers to the right from the navel center, and two fingers up from that point. The small copper plate would be attached to the 9th dorsal plexus.

14. Take the regular diets, but leave off much of the fats.

15. Starches may be taken, but not an extra quantity nor altogether starches. For instance, no two starches should be included at the same meal.

16. Some proteins should be taken, but these should be included in the vegetables - in the manner in which they are prepared. Use more of the leafy variety than those of the bulbular or seed nature. Take a great deal of beans and okra and corn. These especially should be often a part of the diet. Also have fowl and sea foods often as part of the diet. Especially watercress, combined with green mustard and lettuce and celery, should also be in the diet.

17. If these are done consistently, we may find help. It will require the attitude of non-agression, non-condemning; it will require the attitude of expectancy, persistency and consistency, and the using of the time, the using of the abilities to be creative in thought - also the expressing of self for the benefit of others. This may be done in the writing of cards, the writing of booklets, the writing of tracts or things of that nature.

18. Doing these, we may find help for the body.

19. Ready for questions.

20. (Q) What is the cause of the chronic intestinal disturbance, and the trouble with the right kidney? (A) The poor circulation. That's why (and the overacidity) - that's why these applications are indicated, the small amounts of acid-producing foods in the diet, and the external anti-producing-acid packs for the absorption of the body. Also we find it would be well to take a few drops of Glyco-Thymoline internally each day, three to five drops in a glass of water.

21. (Q) What is wrong with the right hip joint, causing great difficulty in walking? (A) The general distress through the locomotories, which arises from reflexes in brain. Do these things as we have outlined, but be patient and be consistent. Don't begin these unless you expect to keep them up for at least a year.

22. We are through with this Reading. Two copies to Self (one for Dr. Waters) Copy to Ass'n file (7/26/43 GD's note: See article [which was enclosed] explaining theory of the Wet Cell Appliance. Dr. Waters may have one of these; if not, it can be ordered from Mr. A. M. Godfrey, 2709 Lafayette Blvd., Norfolk, Va. See extra sheet of directions [which was enclosed] to be sent to him when ordering, so he will know what is required in your particular case.)
