Born July 10, 1894, in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Time of Reading 10:45 to 11:20 A. M. Eastern War Time. ..., Calif.

1. GC: You will give the relations of this entity and the universe, and the universal forces; giving the conditions which are as personalities, latent and exhibited in the present life; also the former appearances in the earth plane, or giving time, place and the name, and that in each life which built or retarded the development for the entity; giving the abilities of the present entity, that to which it may attain, and how. You will answer the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: (In going back to the birth date and place - " - by a lake - '41 anxieties - '33 changes in associations.")

3. Yes, we have the records here of that entity now known as or called [3111].

4. In giving the interpretation of the records as we find them here - here would be an opportunity for a demonstration, especially for good, if there is the application in the abilities of the entity towards that which a unified purpose in the one consciousness may bring.

5. In analyzing the records, these we choose with the desire and purpose that this information may be a helpful experience for the entity; enabling the entity to better manifest and demonstrate the purposes for which it entered this present sojourn.

6. To be sure, there are urges latent and manifested that become manifested when certain circumstances enter the experience of the entity. These become much harder at times to be met, owing to the application of certain principles in the sojourn before this, as may be seen.

7. Then in giving the interpretations, we would tend to magnify the virtues, minimize the faults. This would also be well for the entity to emulate in its experience with others. For, as indicated, the entity is one capable, and with abilities; yet oft harsh in its judgments of others. Innately the entity feels that self knows the only way, and

3111-2 Page 2

yet it is evidenced by the numbers of souls in the earth that there must be others.

8. In the application of the tenets, then, it is well to be sincere, but others may also be sincere. So, give each the same privilege of expression of his or her own opinions as demanded in self of others.

9. Tend to seek wherein ye do agree and not stress where you disagree. It will become apparent that indeed the Lord is one when it comes to glorifying His purpose in the earth.

10. From the astrological aspects, that is, other consciousnesses than the three-dimensional - we find Mercury, Saturn, Jupiter, Venus, in the order named.

11. Hence the high mental abilities and those tendencies to reason rather than to accept judgments or to put an ideal and measure it by same.

12. In Saturn we find the great changes that have come in the experiences of the entity through the material sojourns.

13. We find in Jupiter the seeking ever for a universal understanding.

14. As to the applications in the earth, we find: Before this the entity was in the land of the present nativity, but in what is called Vinland, or portions of Connecticut and Rhode Island, during the early settlings.

15. The entity was a schoolteacher, and a very strict one; ruling rather with the rod than with reason or kindness. Thus we find those tendencies innately for becoming dictatorial. True, in the activities of the entity since the change in the environ there's been some hard lessons for the entity to learn. As it has persuaded individuals, it has become almost a "selling game" so that portions of the principles of the entity represent one thing and others something else. They have clashed when arguments have been presented. Yet when the entity has indicated the willingness to listen to others, and while not submerging self wholly, attempting to unify the principles, there has been success.

16. Then we would not indicate a change in the activities or the occupation. For, while not always easy, you are learning a lesson; and this is a good object lesson for others.

17. But do apply self in the social groups, the social relationships in emulating the principles of "I forgive as I ask to be forgiven."

18. Thus may the entity find that those tenets and principles indicated in the Lord's Prayer may become a living things, and that we live for the day.

19. These then are the tenets and truths that may be best

3111-2 Page 3

presented to this entity, in the spirit that prompted the Master to give that as an outline for those who would pray.

20. The name then was Don Hackett.

21. Before that the entity was in the Roman land when there were those activities in which there was a spreading of the empire, when there was the formulating of activities in other lands and rules that were to direct or govern those. For, in many portions of the land there was the need for setting the laws not in the same manner as in other portions of that empire; suiting then the principles to the opportunities of those so governed.

22. These were well presented by the entity during those periods, in the name Pompalas. The entity became very rigid in its ideas. Hence this, with the application of the entity in the experience just before the present one, as Don Hackett, becomes the greater problem for the entity to meet in its own self. For this presents the basis of tenets from which self becomes easily exalted in its own opinion of self; forgetting that one shall not think more highly of self than he ought to think. For, of self no man can do anything - save as the spirit moves in and through him.

23. Then, what spirit entertainest thou for the growth of thine own soul? Is it that of contention, that of demanding perfection in others and living loosely thyself? Ask not others to do that ye would not do yourself. Remember ever to be rather as He has given, "Be ye perfect even as my Father in heaven is perfect." Forgiving, loving; showing kindness, gentleness, patience, persistence in patience. Against such there is no law, for these are the fruits of the spirit of truth in man.

24. Before that the entity was in the Egyptian land during those periods when there were the reconstructions following the return of the Priest, the coalitions that were made with the Atlanteans, when there was the beginning of the activities for safety in homes and protection for those afflicted.

25. The entity worked with and under that one through whom what ye today call insurance was born.

26. Then through those same characters of principles set in motion among men as a unified protection should the entity be active in the present; as one standing in the place of another when disaster appears through one cause or another.

27. Thus may the entity learn a lesson in activities pertaining to same, if he will apply those principles and set first his own house in order.

28. In attaining then: First analyze thine own life; its purposes, its aims, its desires; choosing what is the ideal,

3111-2 Page 4

in spirit, in mind, in materiality.

29. Then as ye find that Personality that measured up to all of these, pattern thy life, thy relationships to others by same; or study to show thyself approved unto Him, laying aside all that so easily besets, keeping self unspotted from condemnation of others; that ye be not condemned thyself.

30. Ready for questions.

31. (Q) How may I better understand myself? (A) Just as indicated, by choosing thy Ideal and emulating that in thy life.

32. (Q) What is the relation of my expression in past lives to my present physical condition? (A) The resentments have builded resentments between the emotional body and the physical body.

33. (Q) What talents do I have that could still be developed? (A) Thy persuasiveness, when you don't use the strict rule of what [3111] thinks but rather what the Master urges.

34. (Q) How may I best develop in the remainder of this earth life and render service to others? (A) As indicated, you could make a good Sunday School teacher if you taught Sunday School.
