1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it carefully, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body; answering the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here. As we find, there are disturbances. These may become very serious.
3. This we find is a condition of pure exhaustion, by overtaxation of the body and body-mind; note, BODY-MIND.
4. There are those weaknesses from lack of proper assimilation, a form of anemia and yet that character as may best be described by saying that the "batteries" of the body have run down. This indicates the liver and the kidneys as the sources of the energy, though neither of these as yet is organically disordered. Their functioning does lend these disturbances to the body, through the inabilities of that energy to be aroused in the activity of the secretions of the liver, the pancreas, the spleen, sufficient activities in the gastric flow of the stomach, working with the conditions of the liver, to supply those necessary elements, chemically, for such activities.
5. Thus the fatigue, the easily tiring, the exhaustion without obtaining other than temporary help from rest or sleep.
6. Thus the quickening in the heartbeat, the shortening as it were - of the breath, or the lack of proper clarification or oxidization of the blood supply in body through the lungs.
7. These we would give as the helpful forces for this body:
8. First, we would give that there be administered regularly, each day, the properties found in ACIGEST; a teaspoonful taken in raw milk, preferably at the evening meal.
9. Also three times each week - but on regular days spaced through the week - we would eat a whole wheat cracker spread

thinly with CALCIOS, preferably at the noon meal.
10. Do these consistently.
11. Once each week - preferably neuropathically administered - we would have a gentle massage; along the areas where cerebrospinal and sympathetic nerve forces coordinate, especially or specifically the 1st and 2nd cervical, 3rd and 4th cervical, 1st and 2nd dorsal, 9th dorsal, and through the sacral area; also the bursae of the lymph circulation both along the spine, or the outer edge of the area where the sympathetic cord directs along the spine, and in front at the throat or thorax, extending clear to the pubic center. Have this gentle massage at least once each week.
12. In the diet - add liver to the body often, as well as seafoods at least twice a week, and take beef juices regularly. Take only a teaspoonful of the beef juice twice a day, and immediately afterwards take half an ounce of light wine; this not too sweet, but not the sour wine. The beef juice may be sipped or eaten with a whole wheat cracker, and settled or "chased" (as some might term it) with the wine.
13. Do these and we will make better conditions for this body.

15. (Q) What will relieve insomnia? (A) The taking of these things just as indicated. Take them consistently, but do be mindful that the body-mind is turned to the spiritual concepts, in making the application of being just kind, just patient, just longsuffering, with conditions about the body.
