Time of Reading 10:55 to 11:10 A. M. Eastern War Time. ..., N.J.
1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body; answering the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [3143].
3. As we find this is a case of arrested development in the mental reactions and reflexes of the body, partly prenatal, partly the effects at the period of presentation.
4. Hence - which may be taken or may be rejected - this is a karmic condition. And this is for the body and the ones responsible for same.
5. For, as has been given, "Though He were the Son, yet learned He obedience through the things which He suffered."
6. We too, as individuals, must learn those lessons through making application of those things which demonstrate His power and force through all the varied manners of application that are indicated in the material world; learning the true lesson that He is indeed one God. He is the good then in every element, in every form of wish, desire, hope, as well as in every form of the transition of spirit through the gaseous stages to matter. The good in same is one. In every form of good, all element, all power in the material, all the chemical, or the mechanical world, there is the manifestation of the good which is God. And these are manifestations that we too, each soul, may take cognizance of the same. In patience, in time, in application, we may learn of Him.
7. Here we find that the arrestments are the effects of the improper application of Self in those connections with the body forces, and the progenerator in these activities.
8. Hence, a disappointment; but taking a lesson from same, there may be the gaining in Self of that lesson, "As ye do unto others, ye do unto thy maker", also unto thyself, thy
3143-1 Page 2
hope, thy prospect of eternal consciousness of Self in the spiritual world.
9. Here we find the reflexes are the greater affected. These may be materially aided, but will require patience, persistence, and prayer.
10. There may be added elements to the body influences through the nerve forces from same to become near normal in the reaction of suggestive forces.
11. This would be accomplished best through the use of the Wet Cell Appliance carrying Gold, in the proportions of one grain to each ounce of distilled water. Use the regular charge, making application as follows:
12. The larger plate through which the Gold solution passes vibratorily to the body would be attached to the umbilical plexus, or on this body, four fingers from the navel to the right and one finger up from that point. The small copper plate would be attached at the ninth dorsal. Make the application for thirty minutes each day. Change the Gold solution every fifteen days; recharge the appliance every thirty days. Take the connections out of solution when not in use, and attach 20 minutes before the appliance is to be used.
13. Each day when the appliance is removed, give the body a gentle massage with an equal mixture of Peanut Oil and Olive Oil. Commence at the ninth dorsal and work upward to the base of the brain, then commence at the end of the spine and work up to the ninth dorsal. Also massage the frontal portion of the body along the whole area of the diaphragm. Massage each day, all the body will absorb. Take at least thirty minutes to give this massage. Throughout the period make those suggestions that are in keeping with the love that the Father may manifest to the children of men through patience, through persistence. And this should be done by the mother, not by that delegated to any one. If this may not be done, there may not be help.
14. There should be suggestions oft by those responsible for the body functioning. This would include both parents then, oft as the body is sleeping, or as it goes to sleep. Surround it with the hope, the love of the Christ-Consciousness.
15. Then, each, daily, live that in their relationships one to another, as well as to their fellow-man.
16. In this manner we may bring help to this body.
17. Do this for at least one year and see results.
18. Ready for the questions.
19. (Q) Is this condition peculiar to this child alone, that is can the mother expect that any other child she may

have will have the average chance to be normal? (A) As just indicated, this is a condition to this entity. Any other child the mother may have, may have the chance to be normal.
20. We are through with the reading. Copy to Self " " Association File " " Miss Goodall for indexing (GD's note: See extra sheet [which was enclosed] of directions to be sent to Mr. A. M. Godfrey, 2709 Lafayette Boulevard, Norfolk, Virginia, who can make up this appliance according to specifications in this case. Also see article [which was enclosed] explaining theory of this appliance.)
