1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body; answering the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, [3155].
3. As we find the body is very good in many respects. There are tendencies and inclinations which if taken into consideration and something done about them in the present, may save the body from a great deal of disturbance later on.
4. For as we find, there are tendencies for poor elimination. To be sure, while the body in most instances is regular enough, there is, with the general changes coming about, toxic poison left especially in the areas of the colon. This at times causes distress through the pressures on the heart activity and there becomes too much pressure.
5. There are the effects of being tired as from exhaustion. This doesn't necessarily require an over-amount of activity, for the body finds that if there is physical activity, as long walks or something in the open, activity in the open, while the body may be physically tired, yet the recuperation is much better, for it is using the energies that enable the body to produce better eliminations of toxic forces in the body.
6. We would find this would aid: Once a week for five or six weeks, then rest for three, four or five weeks, then when there is tiredness and lack of pep or energy, again have another series of hydrotherapy treatments.
7. These should include colonic irrigations which are gentle, but thoroughly cleansing, and within a day or two afterward you will have more pep, more activity, and the tiredness will leave. These treatments should include the fume bath in preference to a long, dry heat, but a fume bath with witchhazel, rather strong witchhazel, then thoroughly

rubbed down.
8. Have the colonics about once a month, unless there are periods when there are indications of more mucous than usual. This may be required more often in the present, to give bettered conditions through the body.
9. Do that.
10. Ready for questions.
11. (Q) What is the heart condition? (A) There is a reflex as indicated from pressures or dilations in the colon and toxic forces. This is one of the reasons why a great quantity or great amount of this radiation from the body by dry heat is not suggested, but watch the body through the periods of the fume baths also.
12. (Q) What is the glandular condition? (A) Very good. There are, of course, strains put on glandular system from the effects of toxic forces. These are not necessarily in need of any special attention other than the general situation of toxic forces of the body.
