Time of Reading 3:50 to 4:10 P. M. Eastern War Time. ..., N.Y.

1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body; answering the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [3165].

3. In analyzing the physical condition of this body, there are many things indicated that should be taken into consideration.

4. While there are pathological disorders, or the effects of pathological conditions produce disorders, these arise primarily from the emotional body; and are subject to, and were received through, the period of gestation.

5. To understand the body more perfectly, the approach for this information should be from the experiences of the entity in the earth, as might be paralleled with those of the entity that attracted this body to itself - in a physical condition.

6. While the body, [3165] should be able to respond to disturbances, and it will outgrow most of these conditions when there is the beginning of the 2nd cycle of changes in body, we find that - unless there are measures taken in the present for correction, these may take on other conditions that would become much more detrimental and may even become undermining to the physical well being of the body. Hence there should be the setting of these in channels so that, as the physical body changes, the mental attributes, the ideals mental and spiritual, are set in those directions as to control the physical disturbances, or pathological reactions that occur in the present.

7. From those activities during the period of gestation, the attitude of the mother was such as to make the whole emotional body of this entity, dependent upon same.

8. The better approach in correcting these, and in setting the physical desires, the physical aspirations, in mental

coordination with physical changes, may best be established by suggestions as may be made to the subconscious mind of the entity, by the mother, as the body sinks into physical sleep - or is controlled wholly by the subconscious self.

9. At first this may apparently be quite a problem for the mother. It will require the taking of self in hand, in meeting a condition that might have been controlled many years ago, during the period of gestation. For, as has been given, you must meet yourself; you must pay every whit.

10. First, then, we would give suggestions to the mother:

11. Find self. Know your own spiritual ideal, your mental aspirations for this body; and through the divine approach this body - daily, for a period sufficient to overcome the material conditions that disturb the body.

12. Make those suggestions, as the body sinks to sleep, that may change the whole outlook, the aspirations, the desires, the hopes, the fears, the joys, the sorrows of this body.

13. First, then, it must be within self; not merely as rote. But find self in this manner, in prayer, in meditation, to the divine; that self is willing, and then guide the mind and body. And make self willing! Meet the problem; else be responsible again for the conditions that may come about in the physical and material experiences of the body.

14. As the body goes to sleep, give the suggestion not that it will merely refrain or that it will be able to contain or control the activities of the bladder and kidneys, but as to how its whole life in its hopes and its aspirations, may be guided - in its moral, its mental, its material aspirations.

15. Make those suggestions positive; not doubting, not fearing, but knowing it has been committed to thy keeping, to thy care. It is thy problem; not someone else's. It is thy boy of thy body, of thy blood, of thy mind. Then meet it, through the help of Him; who has promised to answer when you call, who has promised - if you live that day by day in your relationships to others - "If ye seek ye shall find me - if ye love me and keep my commandments, I will come and abide with you, and will aid in directing concerning thy problems, ever." These promises are very sure to all who take hold on the hand of the Christ, who offers His hand to those who are disturbed in any way, in any manner in any problem; and He promises to give that peace. Not as the world knows peace, but that peace of assurity that you are one with Him. And if you commit that peace to thy son, he - too - may put his hand in the hand of the Master and daily walk in those ways in which it can be, it may be met, if you will wholly trust Him.

16. These will do away with the doubts and fears. These

will do away with those disturbances in the mind of the boy in his relationships with others.

17. For it is in the practice of peace within self, of love made manifest in self, that you make same manifest in your relationships to others. Not as a goody-goody individual, but as one good FOR something; bringing peace, joy, gladness, hope.

18. When all about you seems disturbed, when all seems lost, know that He in His love, and in His patience, can turn such conditions into victorious joy, into gladness that makes the heart, the mind, the eyes, the body, the voice, joyous in living for the Christ's sake.

19. Do that.

20. In patience, in persistence, in love, find thyself. Then commit same in meditation, in prayer, to the real mind of this body.
