Time of Reading 11:05 to 11:20 A. M. Eastern War Time. ..., La.
1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body; answering the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes - we have the body here.
3. As we find, there are many disturbing factors, but these primarily arise from the one source - that of incoordination between the sympathetic nervous system and the central nervous system and circulation.
4. These cause, then, these disturbances. And it will be necessary, if there will be the corrections, that some of the habits be changed by this body.
5. There must never be any carbonated waters, strong drinks; though light wine may be taken occasionally, no hops, no strong drink of any kind.
6. These, then, are the conditions as we find them with this body: In the blood supply there are burrs, where there is the lack of the elimination of the poisons from the system. And these in the circulation cause, in portions of the lungs, the liver, the kidneys, a combative influence between each circulation. Thus at times there is a neuritic reaction in varied portions of the body; especially in the extremities at times. Then there is the upsetting of the digestive system, dizziness in the head, bad taste in the mouth, a great deal of trouble at times through the prolapsus in the lower portion of the colon, and a rectal disturbance at times.
7. All of these are from this incoordination between lymph (or sympathetic system) and the central nervous system.
8. Here we find it will be necessary first for the purifying of the body forces.
9. Begin taking each morning before breakfast a heaping teaspoonful of Eno Salts in a full glass of water. Do this

for at least a week.
10. After each meal for at least a week, take a half a teaspoonful of Milk of Bismuth with ten drops of Elixir of Lactated Pepsin stirred in half a glass of water. Take this especially after the noon and the evening meals.
11. Then, after that period of cleansing, begin with hydrotherapy treatments. These should include dry heat cabinet sweats, followed with a heavy massage. Sitz baths should also be included. These treatments we would have twice a week until eight or ten have been taken, and then they may be taken twice a month for a while and then once a month.
12. Morning and evening take the exercises of standing erect and touching the floor or bending forward.
13. After the first eight or ten hydrotherapy treatments (not before) begin adding to the body every other day vitamins A and D and the B complex. Take the A and D of morning and the B complex of evening. Take these for at least a month. Then leave off.
14. Then begin taking Kaldak once each day with a glass of milk.
15. These do, and we will bring much better conditions for this body.
16. Ready for questions.
17. (Q) What is condition of antrums, nose and teeth? What causes present constant flow of catarrh into throat and bronchial tubes, and how can same be cured. Are eyes affected to any way by this catarrh, and is the inflamed and red condition of the eyelids due to it? (A) These conditions are the result of poor circulation, especially that between lymph (or the sympathetic) and central circulation. The purifying of the body, though, will clear these conditions.
18. (Q) Is it true that I have duodenal ulcer, as some doctors have said? Or is it merely the cardiospasm condition? (A) We do not find a duodenal ulcer. We find pressures from the condition through the intestinal tract, that are sympathetic reactions.
19. (Q) What is condition of esophagus, stomach and colon? (A) Needing purifying as has been indicated.
20. (Q) What is condition of lungs and heart? (A) Only sympathetic, they are not organically affected.
21. (Q) Also what is cause of bluish color of lips in past three years? (A) Poor circulation.
22. (Q) Are kidneys and bladder in good condition, and other internal organs? Is pain at back due to kidneys?
3280-1 Page 3
(A) When better circulation is established, after purifying the body, much of these conditions will be relieved.
23. (Q) What is cause of intermittent nervous upsets and fits of high tension with trembling or fluttering sensation in thighs, behind knees, and in soles of feet? (A) The very condition we have described, this incoordination, or controlling the emotions of the body and the physical reaction through the central nerve and blood supply. But if we will do these things that have been suggested, in the order suggested, we will have near to normal forces for this body.
