Time of Reading Set bet. 3:30 to 4:30 P. M. Eastern War Time. ..., La.

1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes. As we find there are great improvements in the general conditions of the body.

3. Those changes made by manipulations have been well. The effects of the stimulation in the supplementary activities of the vitamins for body are good.

4. While we would keep the KalDak, we would not increase the quantity. In fact, we would leave it off occasionally. When it is necessary, because of strain or lack of vitality, then more may be added.

5. But the gentle massage will do more to make for the quieting of the nerves. This should be as a gentle movement, not so much in the present the direct correction of subluxations, unless there should be some definite pressures found or indicated - as may arise from accidents or strain of any kind, but let the stress be put in the quieting of the general nervous system. For, the vitality and energy is under a strain when there is an overtaxing of the body physically or mentally, so that it breaks the connections between cerebrospinal and sympathetic nervous systems - through the areas of the emunctory patches in the areas where sympathetic and cerebrospinal systems connect the more thoroughly.

6. Relaxations, then, with the general activities, and keeping the KalDak, should keep improvements and corrections for the body.

7. (Q) What else can be done to calm down nervous tension? (A) As indicated, just the general massage, gently given but soothingly given. We find that the violet ray (hand machine, bulb applicator), if not given too long, would quiet the nerves for the body so it could rest of evening. Apply this along the spine in a gentle manner, face and neck and head; not more than a minute, however.

8. (Q) Is present sweat-bath treatment in accordance with

what was prescribed in first reading, or is some other kind of apparatus intended? (A) In the main this is very good. For these can be gradually left off, unless there are some activities causing greater strain, by pressures of toxic forces in body. Watch these, and occasionally have a thorough round of the suggested treatments.

9. We are through with this Reading.
