Time of Reading 3:35 to 3:50 P. M. Eastern War Time. ..., N.J.

1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body; answering the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [3285].

3. As we find, conditions here are rather serious. Yet with the proper consideration by the body of spiritual things, and the correct mental attitude; that is, more of love and less of censure for anyone; there may be applied to the physical body those applications that will correct much of the disturbance in the physical.

4. Then, if the correct attitude is kept and the abilities are used properly, greater usefulness and strength may come.

5. There are complications. These then naturally enter into body, mind and being or soul.

6. The sources of the disturbance are the chemical changes and the lack of there being assimilated those properties in the glandular forces to keep an even balance, and not draw on the lymph circulation as to cause deterioration in muscular forces, and the lack of proper eliminations.

7. It is apparent that there are affectations to the pulsation or blood circulation through heart, so that the organs of the sensory system are showing signs of being affected by the general nervous system.

8. There must be patience, there must be persistence. But if there will be the use of these, in the order indicated, we may bring help - if the attitude is kept correctly and the abilities are applied:

9. First we would begin taking Atomidine internally; one drop in half a glass of water every morning before the meal is taken. Keep this up for one week, then leave off for five days.

10. During those five days take these properties, prepared

in two solutions as follows:

11. Add one grain of Chloride of Gold Sodium to one ounce of distilled water. This would be one solution. Add two grains of Bicarbonate of Soda to one ounce of distilled water.

12. Each morning for the five days, take one drop of the Gold Solution and one drop of the Soda Solution in half a glass of water - drinking immediately. Then leave off for three days.

13. Then begin with two drops of Atomidine in half a glass of water each morning for a week.

14. THEN have an Epsom Salts Bath. Use at least twenty-five pounds of Epsom Salts to forty gallons of water. Have this rather warm; not too warm so as to hurt the body or to cause palpitation of the heart. While in the Bath have a thorough massage of limbs, arms and back. Keep adding hot water so as to keep the Bath near the same temperature. Stay in this at least twenty to thirty minutes, massaging the body all the while.

15. When the body is dried off, have a thorough massage with this combination of oils: Olive Oil..................2 ounces, Peanut Oil.................2 ounces, Lanolin (liquified)......1/4 ounce. Stir these well together and massage what the body will absorb.

16. Rest then from all the applications for three days, and then begin all over again.

17. When beginning the second series of the Atomidine, take three drops each morning and on the last day of the series (the day before the second Epsom Salts Bath is to be taken) take five drops.

18. Then repeat the Epsom Salts Bath and rub.

19. Then have the rest period, and repeat.

20. In the diet, we should have easily assimilated foods, but those very high in the adding of B complex, or the vitamin B - as in celery, lettuce, carrots, tomatoes, berries whatever may be obtained - pears etc. These should be a part of the diet daily with plenty of sea foods, (not fresh water fish), and also yellow corn meal - made in corn bread with egg or in batter cakes or in mush. Throughout the period do eat these.

21. Keep regular periods for prayer and meditation, and we should find a great deal of improvement by the end of the second or third series of these treatments.

22. Do that.

23. Let the prayer be - in thine words; not merely as a routine but live it in thy meeting, in thy associations, and most in thy thinking.

24. FATHER GOD! HEAR THE SUPPLICATION OF THY SERVANT WHO SEEKS TO BE A CHANNEL OF BLESSINGS TO OTHERS HERE AND NOW. MAY THE APPLICATION OF THOSE PROPERTIES GIVEN ME SUPPLY MY BODY, MY MIND, MY BEING, WITH HELPFUL FORCES.
