Time of Reading Set bet. 3:30 to 4:30 P. M. Eastern War Time. ..., N.J.
1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with further suggestions for corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes. Ready for questions.
3. (Q) In my original reading it spoke of muscle deterioration. Will this come back to normal? (A) As we find there are already great improvements in the condition. These tendencies will remain until there has been builded in the system and in the glandular force the necessary influences to prevent such activity. It will be necessary, then, that every once in a while - two to three times during a year - there be the repeating of the whole outline suggested; gradually getting farther and farther apart. First we would begin - in about six to eight weeks - to repeat the whole of that suggested. Then about eight to ten weeks later, and so on - just a little farther apart each time.
These as we find should eliminate the sources of the disturbance.
4. (Q) Should I restrict my activities in work or exercise in any way? (A) There is not necessarily needed a restricting of activities; provided those suggestions indicated are followed through.
5. (Q) If I keep my mental attitude right and take care of myself physically, will I be entirely cured? (A) Will be entirely cured.
6. (Q) Are my lungs in good condition? (A) These are in fairly good condition, and we will find that they, too, will improve in the following of the suggestions indicated.
7. (Q) Are my eyes in good condition? (A) These are good. There needs to be those corrections necessary, a little later, with glasses.
8. We are through with this Reading.
