Time of Reading 4:25 to 4:35 P. M. Eastern War Time. ..., Virginia.
1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body; answering the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [3291].
3. Now, as we find, there are conditions that are very good in many ways, and there are disturbances that may be corrected in the present as to prevent a great deal of disturbance a little later - and that which causes a good deal of trouble in the present.
4. We find that these arise partially from glandular disturbances from the beginnings of changes in activities in the body; not true cessation of periods as yet, but these are the beginnings. Hence with an unbalanced condition in the chemical forces of the body, and toxic conditions in liver and kidneys, there is caused a great deal of irritation in the superficial circulation.
5. With the taking of cold, or some character of conditions in the intestinal system, this might become very serious. Or if there were to become accumulations in lymph pockets, in the soft tissue of the abdomen or in other portions of the body, these might cause tumors. But we find that these tendencies may be overcome if there are the proper precautions, though this will require a great many changes to meet the needs of the conditions. For, as indicated, blood supply shows toxic forces; and in nerve forces - that is, especially in the areas where cerebrospinal and sympathetic systems are supposed to coordinate the more perfectly - we find a great deal of discordant conditions.
6. Hence we find about the abdomen, or at the diaphragm area, a great deal of rash at times; on the lower portion of the body, on the hips and on the limbs. These, too, show irritations that may be eliminated, if these suggestions we

will make are followed - for the proper manner of correcting the conditions of the body.
7. For, we find that the deeper circulation is becoming much faster in its pulsation through the heart, though not an organic nor even a functional but a sympathetic heart condition; a torpidity in the liver and an overactivity of the kidneys all from glandular disturbance.
8. Then, in making corrections for this body:
9. First begin with taking internally one drop of Atomidine in half a glass of water each morning before the meal is taken, for five days. At the end of the five days, it is very possible that the irritation will appear to be worse. But leave off or rest from taking the properties for five days. Then take it again for five days, in the same manner.
10. Then, to purify or to cleanse the alimentary canal, begin taking (not before) a teaspoonful of ENO SALTS in a full glass of water before the morning meal, and drink another glass of water afterwards. Do this each day for at least eight days.
11. THEN, at the end of such a cleansing period, start using the hot Castor Oil Packs over the liver and gall duct area for an hour each day, for three days. On the evening of the third day, take internally two tablespoonsful of Olive Oil.
12. THEN have (not before) about six adjustments osteopathically made, by such as Irvin, to correct those pressures in the lumbar and sacral area, in the 6th dorsal, and the 3rd and 4th cervical.
13. Do that - being mindful that the body doesn't catch cold, doesn't overtire itself, doesn't lift things that are heavy during these periods.
14. Be mindful of the diet, that there is kept a well balanced diet; keeping closer to the leafy vegetables than other characters.
15. When the irritation over the body becomes very serious, dust with powder carrying Balsam of Tolu in same. This will keep down irritation.
16. Do these, and we will make for the purifying and cleansing of the blood forces, and a correction of the conditions through the body; bringing back a vibrant, strong body.
17. Ready for questions.
18. (Q) What causes pain and soreness in left breast? (A) These are a part of the gland disturbance. When we correct the 3rd cervical, the area connecting with the mammary glands, we will correct the cause of this disorder. Do not bruise these glands, but they may be massaged with a little Cocoa Butter. This will relieve the disturbance. But

we need to change the sources - which are in glands and the segments on the spine.
19. (Q) Is there any pus going through my system? (A) The toxic forces rather than pus.
20. (Q) Is there anything wrong with any other organs in my body? (A) Only as indicated, sympathetically; reflexly, from a toxic disturbance.
21. (Q) What is causing the stoppage of the menstrual period - for the last three months? (A) As indicated, this is the beginning of changes for the body.
22. (Q) Would it be safe for me to have a baby? (A) It would be safe.
23. (Q) The tiredness? (A) This, as indicated, is from the general toxic condition affecting the liver, the kidneys and the heart. With exercise mentally or physically this makes for weariness of the body. For, it is the incoordination between sympathetic (or the emotional body) and the cerebrospinal (or central) nervous system. But do as we have indicated, and we will find bettered conditions for this body.
