1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body; answering the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [3296].

3. As we find, there are disturbing conditions that prevent the better physical functioning. These are partially psychological but more pathological. We find that these have to do with the sympathetic nervous system, as well as with conditions existent in the cerebrospinal nervous system. Hence we find at times there is quite a variation in the reactions to the body. When there is the variation in temperatures, or atmospheric pressures, this irritates the body. For, there being nerve pressures throughout many areas in the cerebrospinal system, and more particularly in the sacral and the sacro-ileac or through the coccyx end also of the spine, there is caused a great deal of irritation - which becomes very aggravating to the reactions of the digestive system, the eliminating system, and the glandular forces as related to organs of the pelvis.

4. Kidneys sympathetically become involved, and these cause headaches, weakness, tiredness, pains through the lower limbs and the like; especially along the sciatic nerves and in the knees.

5. Every other day for a week or more, an hour each day, apply Glyco-Thymoline Packs over the whole sacral area.

6. Also take five drops in half a glass of water internally each day for several days in succession. Leave off a period and then take again.

7. Also have adjustments osteopathically, not chiropractorally made, to remove these tensions from the body. We find that these may be done by one such as Frew.

3296-1 Page 2

The adjustments should be made very carefully.

8. But relax the body every other day with these Packs so that there is taken from the system much of the poisons from excess acidity.

9. Through the periods these are taken we would have good eliminations. Produce these by taking small quantities of a mineral laxative each morning for five mornings, then leaving off five mornings, then taking again.

10. The Glyco-Thymoline Packs would be taken every other day for a week to ten days BEFORE there would be the attempt make the adjustments.

11. Use three to four thicknesses of cotton cloth, not flannel, well saturated with the Glyco-Thymoline, and apply salt heat - not an electric pad. Heat the salt, put in a bag and apply. Then be mindful of the diet. Keep away from combinations where white potatoes, turnips or the like are taken with white bread, macaroni, and cheese or the like. No two of such as these at any one meal. We would give this as an outline; not that this is all that is to be taken, to be sure:

12. Mornings - either citrus fruits or whole grain cereal but not both. Occasionally have an egg, cakes or such. No sweets except honey or pure maple sugar, and this not more than once or twice a week. Noons - preferably vegetable soups, with green vegetables such as lettuce, celery, carrots, tomatoes, watercress, spinach or the like. These should be taken at least once every day - as in a raw salad with an oil dressing.

13. Evenings - A well balanced cooked vegetable meal. Only fish and fowl as meat, if any is taken - these should be taken rather sparingly.

14. Do these and we will make better conditions for this body.

15. Ready for questions.

16. We are through with this reading. Two copies to Self (one for Dr. Frew) Copy to Ass'n file " " Miss Goodall for indexing (10/16/43 GD's note: See directions [which were enclosed] for preparing Glyco-Thymoline Packs. We do not know Dr. Frew's exact address. This can be obtained through his brother, Mr. Wm. Frew, Paradise, Penna.)
