1. GC: You will give the relations of this entity and the universe, and the universal forces; giving the conditions which are as personalities, latent and exhibited in the present life; also the former appearances in the earth plane, giving time, place and the name, and that in each life which built or retarded the development for the entity; giving the abilities of the present entity, that to which it may attain, and how. You will answer the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the records here of that entity now known as or called [3317].
3. In giving an interpretation of that as we find here, - for this to be helpful for this individual entity, it would be well that the counsel be given to those responsible for the entity, and then we would give the instructions for its guidance when the entity has reached the age of twelve - if there is the change as should be in the application of the will.
4. For here, while there is an entity with abilities, the lack of application of will has brought into the experience such tendencies that it will require time, patience and prayer, that the direction and choices made by this entity be in a constructive, creative direction - rather than towards self-indulgence or self-aggrandizement.
5. Those tendencies to be backward are rather the seeking to use these for the attention to self, and to have self's own way.
6. Not that there is to be abuse, but there is to be used persuasion; not by buying, not by cowarding or breaking the will, but by persuasion because of the rightness of the purpose toward which the entity would be given directions.
7. Beware of water and waterways in regard to the entity. For these may bring conditions that may be very detrimental

in completing or fulfilling the experience in this particular sojourn. Beware of too much attention or of allowing the entity to dictate its terms of activity in the years of unfoldment and development.
8. Rather, as indicated, train the child in the law of the Lord, and when he is old he will not depart from same.
9. Do these for the next ten years; and then we may give that which will be helpful.
10. Unless these precautions are taken, there will not be self-reliance, there will not be stability.
11. There is the natural tendency for honesty. Do not teach the child in the manner that it uses things as an excuse. Be honest ever with answering its questions. Do not hide things from the developing mind.
12. Do these, and we will have, we will build for, opportunities for a soul for for development.
