1. GC: You will give the relations of this entity and the universe, and the universal forces; giving the conditions which are as personalities, latent and exhibited in the present life; also the former appearances in the earth plane, giving time, place and the name, and that in each life which built or retarded the development for the entity; giving the abilities of the present entity, that to which it may attain, and how. You will answer the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the records here of that entity now known as or called [3340].
3. As we find, from the records here, if the opportunity is given for the preparation of this entity, especially in political economy, this entity will be in a position to do something about international relationships - as it did in the past.
4. In giving the interpretations of the records, these we give with the desire and purpose that there may be the warnings as well as the commendations to those responsible for this entity's development and unfoldment. For, there are opportunities here, and there have been expressions in the experience of the entity that have been and must be felt in the English-speaking people for many generations yet to come.
5. As to warnings: Beware of fireworks and firearms, of allowing the entity to play with or to carry same; though there will be the inclination for the entity to desire such things in the experience. For, Mars is adverse to Jupiter in the experience of the entity, and - as will be seen - there have been experiences when these have brought disturbing influences in the experience of the entity in the Earth.
6. Astrological aspects may or may not become a part of the experience physically for the entity. For these are merely
3340-1 Page 2
urges, and the will - that which designates God's creation of man from the rest of the animal world - rules as to what an individual soul does with opportunities in relationships with the fellow man.
7. In Mars we find this activity. The entity will never be called lazy. May be called stubborn at times, but this, too, may be directed - not by undue punishment but by reasoning with an appealing to the entity - in a manner as to bring much better influences. Not that there should be a prize for goodness, but remembering that virtue has its own reward, even in those attempting to direct or train children. During those periods of the molding of their lives, the suggestion made as the body begins its rest may have the greater effect upon the entity's morality, its concept of right and wrong its keeping of the counsel as may be indicated to the child through those particular periods - especially until it is twelve to fourteen years of age. These are the better ways than warnings, than any form of correction save by suggestion, especially for this particular child.
8. As to the appearances of the entity in the earth, those responsible for the entity in its developing in the present have quite a responsibility - when the possibilities of this entity are considered.
9. For, before this the entity was known as the "grand old man" of England - William Gladstone - that directed through a period of the activities there, the affairs of the land as they had never before been directed. And those influences are yet to bear fruit for the English people as well as much of another source of karma from others that have been in the place of power. Too much has been said for other than the comment which has been indicated for the direction.
10. Hence in law, and especially in economics and international relationships, should the entity be trained. For this entity should some day be the Secretary of State of this land, if there are those applications and those tendencies to keep in those directions that will be for the unfoldment of this entity's abilities - now called William [3340].
11. Before that the entity was in the Roman land during the periods when Nero was Emperor, when there were those activities that had to do with persecutions and bigotry.
12. The entity then was among those of the council that attempted to placate or to change or to hold these conditions in abeyance, and in the experience physically lost a great deal in its own estimation and in the estimation of others, yet in the soul and spiritual forces
3340-1 Page 3
gained. For the entity was sincere throughout that experience.
13. Then in the name Seceleus, the entity experienced those periods of persecution as indicated by fire, and anger, and those things that direct with same.
14. Hence the warnings that have been indicated about the manner in which there are the determinations of the entity to have its way. And these conditions may not be met by the will being broken, but the will being directed by suggestion to its soul or higher self, or subconscious or superconscious self. These suggestions would be made as positive statements to the entity in those periods when it is beginning to lose consciousness in sleep.
15. Then those about the entity should live as though they are already activative (those statements) in the experience of the entity. And we will find that these directions will bring the measures for the greater unfoldment for this entity.
16. Before that the entity was in the Persian and Arabian land in the "city in the hills and the plains", when there were those exchanges in the establishings of that city as a place of exchange.
17. The entity was one eventually set to be the governor or the director for each of the varied groups in the varied lands to receive their proper consideration. Thus there began the innate tendency towards national and international exchange, and international activities that must have their effect upon all peoples.
18. From that experience of the entity as Melenkan, may be brought to the forefront in applying those same characters of tenets that were the impelling forces through and under the directions of the teachers, at those particular periods.
19. These will bring to the consciousness of the entity much of the needed influences for the establishing of better relationships with those in other lands, other climes, under the various political influences as well as religious tenets. For, all are under one Lord.
20. Hence through the early period of this entity's experience, there should be presented the fundamentals of the Christ-principle, "As ye would that men should do to you, do ye even so to them - Love the Lord thy God with all thy body, thy mind and thy soul, and thy neighbor as thyself." These are the tenets upon which the life of the entity in its relationships in the home, with the playmates the schoolmates, should be established, and it will be in other nations when it comes to those powers and influences in which it may be active one day in this particular land.

21. Before that the entity was in the Egyptian land, when those individuals in various lands went about to establish better relationships - as in the land of Saad, and in the Gobi land and the City of Gold in what is now Indo-China.
22. These were the periods when this entity acted as the emissary. Thus in the present experience we will find the longing for travel, the interest in things unusual, the interest in things that are old and the principles that directed long ago. These are well, used in unfoldment of principle. For as a hobby, these would be well to be used. As principles of the tenets of such, beware. For as given let that indicated be as the ideal manner: "Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, thy mind and thy soul, and thy neighbor a thyself." For this is the whole law, and the rest is just the explanation of same.
23. Then keep the faith. Again when at sixteen we would give further instructions.
24. Ready for questions.
25. (Q) Has the entity in previous incarnations been related by blood or marriage to his adoptive parents, [2998] and [3107]; if so, what was the relationship, giving the names of the parties and the date? (A) These should be paralleled by comparisons, and we will find that they have been closely associated. The entity depends upon him from the Egyptian as well as the Persian experience. So, set him aright.
26. (Q) With his adoptive brother [3346]? (A) We haven't the brother as yet.
27. (Q) In the present incarnation, did the entity know that his physical parents would do no more for him then furnish his physical vehicle, and did he know that he would become the adopted son of [2998] and [3107]? (A) Not as individuals. As a condition in the love of fellow man, yes.
28. (Q) If so, was this his voluntary choice or the result of karma? (A) What would you say, with the opportunities that you have to offer to the entity, knowing especially of the experience before this? How well the entity has studied that life, and it's a very good one too! You attracted it through that manner.
29. (Q) What general problems or experiences are to be solved or shared by the entity and his adoptive parents? (A) As indicated in the problems that are to be met, the warnings and the manner in which there may be the building up of the personality and the individuality by suggestions.
30. (Q) What are his natural talents?
3340-1 Page 5
(A) Politics! But don't let it be politics as politics, but as the ability of the individual to handle international relationships. An international lawyer, then. So, economic problems of international scope must be the study. And the preparation for same will fit the entity for the office.
31. (Q) What general attitude should his parents have towards the entity to keep him in harmony with his home and environment? (A) These have been indicated, and the manner in which you are to control same. Do that, ever asking direction, as ye did in seeking these lives, these minds and souls for direction. Ask ever, "Not my will but thine, oh Lord be done through me, that I may prepare these souls that they may be everything to the glory of God, and for the honor of self and man."
