Born January 14, 1909, in Dothan, Alabama. Time of Reading 11:00 to 11:40 A. M. Eastern War Time. New York City.
1. GC: You will give the relations of this entity and the universe, and the universal forces; giving the conditions which are as personalities, latent and exhibited in the present life; also the former appearances in the earth plane, giving time, place and the name, and that in each life which built or retarded the development for the entity; giving the abilities of the present entity, that to which it may attain, and how. You will answer the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: ("A great change in your life will come in '44 and '45. Don't miss the boat! - '42 - '37 - what a period of confusion - '36 - '28 - high hopes, and not a bad looking person either!")
3. Yes - an Atlantean who may do wonders or be a complete flop or failure. Don't miss the boat in '44 or '45 - you'll go places!
4. In giving the interpretation of the records that we are given here, from these we choose that as may be helpful in the experience of the entity if there will be the application of that pointed out for the entity as to its virtues and faults.
5. As indicated from the Atlantean sojourn, this is an entity with abilities especially in material manifestation of spiritual truths; yet because of the application in Atlantis when these were applied for gratifying of material desires and for the emotional self, the entity tends towards forgetting to remember the spiritual aspects of life. These are the greater faults of the entity and may only be corrected by self's own will, since will is the factor in the experience of each soul making it separate or individual. It is the individuality of a soul (will), that birthright given by the Creator to each soul-entity; making

it capable of being at one with the Creative Forces or God and thus able to use, to apply, to demonstrate God among its fellow men.
6. Then, that this entity has urges that are latent and manifested through the experiences in the earth is evidenced by the emotional body. These are personalities, these are that in each soul-entity's being that it desires or brings out to show to persons that it likes or dislikes. And the entity can easily tell you when she likes or dislikes another! She doesn't have to think even the second time!
7. The sojourns in the realms termed in material associations by many as astrological experiences are the indications of the various consciousnesses, or various dimensions of consciousness through which individuals may pass. Or, just as the entity has found, living in Alabama has a definite urge in its make-up, just as living in the North - or among congested areas - has a definite urge to confuse the entity. This isn't to imply that the entity is a "small town" body but rather that the entity must in its application of its abilities know its field of activity, its limitations as well as its abilities and then apply them so as to meet the needs to correct those tendencies or weaknesses of the individual entity's ego or individuality.
8. For, the purpose of an entity's entrance into the earth (and this might apply to all) is to manifest the personality of God in the own individuality and personality. For each soul is as a corpuscle - yea, as a thought - in the mind and the heart of God. Thus to the individual entity, to know God He must be personal in thy life when applied in thy relationships to any purposefulness the entity attempts.
9. So, as for the gifts in the entity's experience, the abilities in its personality to sing or to just meet individuals, there must be the showing of the wares. What do you present, God or self? Few take thought that such is the experience. But it is EVER the experience. And we must remember not to forget. We must remember the first law. It is not so much self-preservation (that is material law) but "Thou shalt love the Lord thy God, God first - the personality of God first, then self. For these things are as He has promised. He withholds not any good thing from those who love Him. If you could always keep that in mind, you would never be anything but smiling even through tears.
10. Astrologically we find urges for this body from Venus, Uranus, Jupiter, Uranus, Saturn and Uranus. Then, as has been the experience, in the beauty you run to the extremes. Also in goodness of purpose, in the universal consciousness, you run to extremes. Thus, as given as to the changes in

environs, these have gone to the extremes. But your opportunity will come in '44 - don't miss the boat!
11. The urges arising from these are indicated in love, beauty, art, the voice, the speaking voice - all mean much to the entity. But let them mean much in God, not in [3351]. In God and [3351] you come to the front. And you will want to change your name anyway!
12. As indicated in Saturn, changes come. Make the best of them. Do not mope over the sorrows or the changes, but use these as opportunities to speak well of those you don't like very much. Never give expression to the thought that you hate this or that body, but rather that you dislike some of the wares they present of their personalities.
13. Then, see the best in everyone. Those signs that have been set that say STOP, the other side reads GO! Turn it over! So, in all the problems that may arise, view them from the various angles.
14. In Venus, Uranus, Jupiter, Saturn we find urges - whatever you may be or appear to be. For, remember, no circumstance, no happening, no flower, no metal, nothing occurs save by the grace of God.
15. Then there are those passions, those abilities, that can be used for the glory of God. Use them. Find them. Apply them in the experience.
16. Beware of some conditions in the health, those things pertaining particularly to the feet and lower limbs; else in these many changes you may miss this boat that is coming for you! Beware that not too great a strain is put on the feet and lower limbs, that these are not neglected when they are damp from activities or from the weather - else you'll have rheumatism or arthritis, or neuritis. And any of these in the physical self would to the body-mind be as a weight about the neck - unless we learn spirituality for this body first.
17. As to the appearances in the earth, we find that these have been quite varied. Not all may be given, but those that may indicate the urges which may be applied in the experiences of the entity for the present unfoldment for being able to live with self. Few people, few individual souls really enjoy the companionship of themselves. Not merely because they love themselves the less or that they despise themselves the more. But their thoughts and things, and the emotions of the body, are seldom in accord one with the other - or their individuality and their personality don't reflect the same shadow in the mirror of life.
18. Before this the entity was in the land of the present nativity during those periods when those people from France

sought a place of refuge.
19. The entity was among those born in Alabama during the sojourning of those groups there, being an offspring of one General-Captain Ney, who again took the entity when they returned to France. There the entity grew more into those activities. Again you must catch that boat that will take you abroad to other lands, if the greater activities will come for the entity. And it will be in the lands possessed or controlled by French activities. So, you'd better study up on your French - you'll need it a little later!
20. In the activities through that experience - it may be said that the entity gained and lost, and gained. For the various expressions that were a part of the experience were in some respects for the gratification of self, when there was the study of them mental processes that brought faults or failures or successes to individuals.
21. Know that of such, yea of people, would be known that faults and successes do not come from thought. Thought is the builder, but spirit is the motivating force. What spirit do you entertain? If it be of God, it can not fail, if it be of self or the devil a failure may be in the offing, dependent upon the measure with which ye mete same - as through the experience of the entity as Marcelle Ney.
22. Before that the entity was in the Persian land in those experiences when there were the preparations for the return of a peoples to build a city to their God.
23. What, who, where is thy God? Just as ye experienced, as ye saw as the daughter of Cyrus who issued the decree to bring about those changes in the lands. These were disturbing for ye knew not how to apply. Yet they answered to something within thy activities then, in the name Purcelus.
24. It may be said that the entity gained, for there was the attempt to apply the teachings of those individuals. For, the entity then was very much in love with the cup bearer to the king Nehemiah. And yet kept separate, kept aloof because of the religious as well as social conditions in the experience.
25. Remember, true love knows not barriers of any kind that are only of man's creation. For man is the co-creator with the builder and the maker of the universe, and yet creates conditions, positions, thoughts, that often turn and rend his own self. These were builded through the experience because of social positions, but the entity gained. For it learned a lesson of patience, as well as the abilities to sing and to play - if - if it would - and to dance well.
26. All of these have their place in the experience, but use

them to the glory of God the more often, rather than for the mere satisfaction of the social or body emotions.
27. Before that the entity was in the Persian and Arabian land, during those periods when the teacher in the 'city in the hills and the plains' made the patterns for the activity of individuals that had been healed, or that came for the interpretations of their body-forces or body-mind.
28. The entity then was active in the hospital established for those weak in body and weak in the abilities to care for themselves - the aged and the infirm.
29. Thus the body CAN make itself the good nurse. It would be well to consider such as a part of thy activity; not so much as an all-time job but as to learn the body-self. For thy body is the temple of the living God. Treat it as such.
30. Then in the name Deian the entity gained, the entity lost, the entity gained. The applying of self to the universal activity was good, that for self was bad. We will find that much of these will appear in the own experience in the present.
31. Before that the entity was in Atlantis when there were those activities that brought about the destruction of the land.
32. The entity was of the children of the Law of One but in love with a son of Belial, and followed him away.
33. Don't be led by men! Lead them and they'll follow you! These should be lessons then, in the experience of the entity.
34. First study self - spirit, mind, body. Thy body must be cared for. It has a purpose, yea a mission to fulfill in this experience. The experience may carry thee to foreign lands. Prepare self for it. Ye know the language ye must learn, the mannerisms ye must attain. They will come easily to you if you apply yourself.
35. In the use of the voice - yes, you may have them at your feet if you want! Don't have them there - have them carrying on for you somewhere else. But keep this in only the church or choir or sacred songs - never those that would temper self even in some of the classics, but sacred songs. These will keep mind and body and those about you in accord. Live it - be it - what you sing.
36. When the home is established, though it be far, far away from the own present surroundings, know that where God is there is home - establish Him first in thy home.

38. (Q) In what channel or channels should I direct the power which I feel within myself? (A) To singing spiritual songs.

39. (Q) Why do I withdraw from people, as well as that which would make a home possible? (A) Read what we have given and you will find there are periods for people, and periods to withdraw. These are extremes. There are times when you rush in where fools would not go. And yet ye have a place there. There are other times when ye withdraw, when everyone else would go but yourself. These are the extremes that are a part of thy nature, as you will interpret as you interpret thine inner self, as ye analyze what ye have done with your opportunities and your abilities through the earthly experiences. And you will find, as has been patterned for you, you cover almost the gamut of all individual relationships. As the priestess in the period when the powers as of the divine were within thy hand, ye used them for the gratifying of self. Again the abilities to heal, to bring light and comfort were used correctly, and these you dissipated at times. As the daughter of the king, the most powerful king in the earth at the time, and one called of God to set the house in order for those who felt themselves superior even to the king and yet were subject to him, ye found within thine own self abilities that are still latent. Do not dissipate them, but use them to the glory of God.
40. (Q) Considering the purpose for which I entered the present life and my present responsibilities, should I remain in the position I now hold, or would it be advisable for me to seek a career in vocal music or fashion? If so, in what specific approach? (A) For the moment, during the period of the present unpleasantness, use it to learn French - you're going to need it. When the war is over, sing thyself to glory and take thy soldier home - or let him take thee home - and build thy home there. The greater career of any woman is a home, if it is a home you build!
41. (Q) What were my past associations with Mr. Cayce that knowing him makes me feel that I have reached a turning point in my life, and in what manner may this be used to aid the Association? (A) In the 'city in the hills and plains' when your life was entirely changed. Use it, don't abuse it.
42. (Q) How and where was I associated with the following, what are the urges and how may they best be used for the mutual mental and spiritual development of all? My father, [...]? (A) You use the urges for yourself, not for others, save as

ye sow the seeds of the spirit of truth. Your father ye met in the experience before this. Ye have your differences. Don't patch them up - clear them up!
43. (Q) My mother, [...]? (A) She was your mother before. So you find that you owe a duty. In those experiences when there were the sudden changes. She apparently brings all the changes in your life in the present.
44. (Q) My sister, [...]? (A) We don't find her in the association.
45. (Q) George [...]? (A) In the Atlantean experience. Beware!
46. (Q) Wolford [...]? (A) We don't find Wolford.
47. (Q) Office Associates? (A) These have been in various experiences, but they are the passing. Use them, not abuse them. But do learn French!
