Time of Reading 11:20 to 11:30 A. M. Eastern War Time. ..., New York.
1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body; answering the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [3372].
3. As we find, there are physical disturbances here with this body; these have to do primarily with disturbances in the gall duct area and the effects being produced through the body in such disturbances.
4. These first arose from a pressure, that still exists in the 6th and 7th dorsal center, and also a lesion in the 3rd and 2nd cervical.
5. These, then are conditions as we find them with this body:
6. The blood supply, owing to disturbances in eliminations, carries toxic forces through the circulation, giving quite an irritation at times even in portions of the limbs and arms and parts of the torso; as an itching, not always but at times. At times there is a very bad breath. At periods there is a great deal of disturbance with the eliminations. The kidneys may become overactive and again rather scant in their activity.
7. These are not organic, then, but are functional disorders of the liver, lungs and kidneys. All of these naturally become involved when there is not the supply of juices excreted by liver, that are supplied to the digestive forces with secretions from the spleen and pancreas for their activity upon foods before they are assimilated by the body.
8. These as we find are as gravel, not as large stones, in the neck of the gall duct or gall bladder, through the duct that leads into same they give acute pains at times.
9. These may be relieved by operation, but as we find if these applications will be made as indicated here we may

correct same and be in a much better condition and much more active after these are removed in this way and manner:
10. Begin using hot Castor Oil Packs for an hour and a half each day, for three days in succession. Use at least four thicknesses of heavy flannel saturated with Castor Oil, applied directly over the lymph and gall duct area, extending along the right side to the caecum area. Cover the Pack with an oil cloth to prevent the clothing and bedding becoming messy, and then apply the electric pad. Keep this on for an hour and a half each day for three days in succession.
11. On the morning of the fourth day take internally two tablespoonsful of Olive Oil.
12. Through these periods, especially the first series, it would be better to take only liquids and semi-liquid foods. Don't stir about too much.
13. Then rest from the applications just three days, and then do it all over again; this time taking THREE tablespoonsful of Olive Oil.
14. Then have a colonic irrigation given scientifically or professionally.
15. Rest then a week, and do it all over again - the Oil Packs each day for three more days, and so on.
16. Then have at least six osteopathic treatments. Do not attempt to make adjustments in the areas indicated at the first few treatments but towards the last of the treatments empty the gall duct osteopathically.
17. Should there again occur the distresses, repeat the whole procedure, and it will really be better for the body generally.
18. As to the diet when not using these treatments, stay close to plenty of sea foods - if meats are taken, and the leafy vegetables rather than those of the pod or tuberous nature. Plenty of okra would be well here for the body. Plenty of watercress. All of those foods or grasses that are usually added as dressing or decorations for foods should be eaten by the body. Onion tops would also be good.
19. Ready for questions.
20. (Q) What can help numerous colds and hay fever? (A) If you remove these distresses in the liver area, you will remove the sources of these. Do as indicated and we will find better conditions for this body. Or the body may be operated on and just rest for several weeks in a hospital, but there would be a hard time of it in the present.
