Time of Reading 11:10 to 11:20 A. M. Eastern War Time. ..., Conn.

1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body; answering the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here.

3. There are disturbing conditions which prevent the better physical functioning in this body. These have to do primarily with an intestinal disorder and the lack of proper coordination in the eliminating systems. There are those conditions, then, in the duodenum and through the jejunum where there are the effects as if there were tiny thinned walls, as if the walls of the duodenum had been smoothed rather than the folds that should exist with the gastric flow which should come through these areas at periods of digestion. The results are a disturbance in the blood supply and an irritation in the superficial circulation, so that those areas in the epidermis show eliminations that should be carried through alimentary canal, for these are being eliminated through perspiratory system.

4. These are not true allergies, save the open places that become so irritated, or have the lymph or the pus that forms in same as to get into contact with dust or odors, or any of those things that carry the elements that the body absorbs.

5. These are the sources, then, of these disorders.

6. These press irritatingly, of course, upon the superficial circulation and the general nerve forces of the body. There is a lack of the gastric flows in the body; that is, there is acid even in the lachrymal ducts or the ducts in the mouth, so that the saliva becomes acid. Not when the body is eating but when there is the viewing or smelling of those things to eat, these cause those periods when the saliva becomes sticky, it becomes offensive even to the body,

making it spit at times a great deal.

7. In the stomach and the duodenum, then, there is a lacking in the manner in which there is the proper gastric flow of the hydrochloric and the supply of the ducts that supply the gastrics which should be alkalized. The body has taken some very strong medicines at times back that have added to these conditions, causing such disturbances through duodenum and the intestinal tract. This has also left in the colon a great many of those places where the fecal forces are very badly congested.

8. Then, in making for better conditions of this body:

9. Within a week, but almost seven days apart, have two good colonic irrigations. Begin there first, so that there is no mucus. Two should be sufficient. Three may be better, dependent upon how thoroughly these are given.

10. Then have these properties prepared for the body:

11. In at least two or three glasses of the water taken each day, a few minutes before it is taken, put a pinch of ground elm bark in the glass of water and stir it. Let it begin to become active, not wholly dissolved, and drink it. Don't drink it just dry and have it in patches through the stomach, but prepare it properly and drink at least three glasses of this elm water every day.

12. Also prepare Mullein Tea, which we would begin after the elm water has been taken for about ten days. Use the green Mullein if it can be obtained; otherwise use the dried Mullein. Crumble it, put a teaspoonful in a glass or crock container and pour a pint of boiling water over it. Allow this to stand for thirty minutes, strain, then cool and drink; not necessarily all of it at one time, but in the course of three to four hours after it has been prepared.

13. Then, after this has been taken for at least two weeks, begin with osteopathic adjustments in the 4th lumbar, the upper portion of the 9th and 8th dorsal, 3rd and 4th dorsal and from the 3rd to the 1st cervical. Have at least ten of such treatments.

14. When the osteopathic treatments are begun, start taking Kaldak - a level teaspoonful once each day; this preferably, for this body, taken in V-8 juices. This should be dissolved in a little hot water first and then a small tumbler filled with the V-8 juice.

15. Do that.

16. Ready for questions.

17. (Q) Are there any suggestions as to diet? (A) Normal diet, but stress seafoods and fowl. Little of beef or other meats. Use at least three vegetables that grow above the ground to one that grows under the ground,

and we will find better conditions for this body.

18. We are through with this reading. Two copies to daughter - Mrs. [...], ..., Conn. Copy to Ass'n file " " Miss Goodall for indexing " " the osteopath when these treatments are started (11/26/43 GD's note: KalDak is distributed by The Landworth Co., Lansing, Michigan and sells for $2.50 a package.)
