Time of Reading 3:55 to 4:05 P. M. Eastern War Time. ..., Alabama.

1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body; answering the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [3383].

3. As we find, these tendencies towards atrophy of the nerves and muscles of the lower extremities, the tiredness and heaviness through the body and the muscles of the arm, arise from a chemical unbalance in the body.

4. These are severe, and will make for incapacitation to the body unless measures are taken, and the body must be patient, persistent, consistent, if it would gain or keep control of its own physical self.

5. Do not condemn anyone. Most of all don't pity self. Don't pity others because they'll have to look after you at times. Let them, as they should, consider it rather as an opportunity. For many of them owe it to you, though don't boast about it - for you owe them just as much.

6. These should be the attitudes as you approach those things that may be of a helpfulness for the body, if they will be applied.

7. These are conditions that have gradually grown on the body. They will continue to do so, unless there is the addition of helpful forces in the forms of vitamins, as well as in the forms of strengthening foods, as well as application externally and internally to the body.

8. Do begin with the taking of KalDak as a tonic, as a food. Take this twice each day, a heaping teaspoonful. Every other day take it only once a day. Dissolve it first in a little hot water and then fill the tumbler with milk and cream, or milk from the top of the bottle if it settles for a day - but milk over a day old should not be used; the

fresher the more preferable.

9. Do begin also with massages neuropathically. Give these at least twice each week for a long period. This doesn't mean a long period twice each week, but for many, many weeks - through the whole period of December, January, February, March - and by April there should be quite a change - if the proper attitude is kept. Don't get mad, don't get peeved, don't become discouraged. Know that if you do His will, His bidding, there is help. For if you do these things indicated you will find help.

10. The massage should be given at the base of brain, going along either side of the spine in a rotary motion, using this combination of oils: Olive Oil...................2 ounces, Peanut Oil..................2 ounces, Lanolin (liquefied).......1/4 ounce.

11. Shake these together, pour from the bottle into the hand or preferably into a saucer and dip fingers in same. But each time (and this will vary) give all the body will absorb. Massage from the base of the brain to the soles of the feet.

12. Then, following such a massage, apply the Violet Ray for about a minute and a half across the area of the 4th lumbar, 9th dorsal, 3rd dorsal, 3rd cervical, and then around the head and neck.

13. Do these and we will keep away from this tired feeling, and the body will feel better if it carries on with these.

14. Ready for questions.

15. (Q) Are these disturbances influenced by a glandular condition? (A) There is a glandular condition as indicated. Do these things. Use the neuropathic massage, not the osteopathic or chiropractic but neuropathic. Do it as given, or don't do it at all.

16. We are through with this reading. Two copies to Self - (one for Dr. Nona Grapes or the one who gives the neuropathic treatments) Copy to Ass'n file " " Miss Goodall for indexing
