Time of reading 10:50 to 11:15 A. M. Eastern War Time. ..., Va.

1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestion for help and relief of this body; answering the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [3386].

3. Now as we find, while there is much that is very good in the physical functioning of this body, there are disturbances that become very aggravating to the body at times. We find that these have to do primarily with tie-ups in the nervous systems.

4. Then, these are the conditions as we find them with this body:

5. First, the blood supply is very good - in the pressure, in the circulation - yet there are indications in the hormones of the blood that there are areas under stress in the circulatory system. This we find primarily in the lumbar and the central nervous system as it coordinates with the cerebrospinal and sympathetic from the areas of the solar plexus.

6. In the nerve forces of the body are the sources from which the physical disturbances arise that upset the body; the inability of the body to gain that rest needed in sleep, in periods when there are headaches that upset the body, periods when there is a great deal of nerve exhaustion. When such periods arise, there is a great deal of depression in the whole of the sensory system, with the inability of the body-functionings to control these at all times.

7. These are the sources, then. There having been activities with the body where there are the tie-ups of nerve forces in the abdominal area and through the pelvic forces, these have left tendencies for lesions to form in the attempt of the body to protect itself against distresses

in the body. It will be found that there are spots over the abdominal area that would be cold, as in the lower portion of the lacteal ducts, as on the left side of the body near the area of the descending colon. These are from nerves being taut, especially those between the sympathetic and the cerebrospinal system - at this larger center where the solar plexus nerves radiate through the abdominal area, through the lower portion of the kidneys and the bladder - that cause these at times to be active or non-active with the recurrent conditions of disturbance or the awareness of the activities through the body. These are in their reflexes to the 3rd cervical that radiates with the brain centers that coordinate from the 3rd cervical, from the 3rd and 4th dorsal, to the sensory centers. The eyes burn at times, there is the awareness of little noises in the ears, sleeplessness, and the body in such periods becomes aware of these distresses through portions of the body.

8. These, then, are the sources that need attention in the body.

9. The organs in their functioning are very good. The brain forces in their reflexes are good, save at those periods when there are distresses from the headaches - and then the body becomes easily disturbed by what others say or do, and nominally these do not have their reflexes on the sensory forces of the body, but the body at such times becomes supersensitive to slights or the like.

10. The activities in throat, bronchi, lungs and larynx are very good, save at those periods when - through disturbances in the blood - the body draws long sighs as it attempts to gain sufficient oxygen to purify the blood, disturbed by these distresses through the body. At such times we may have the lack of desire to eat, at other times there is the desire for certain foods and the feeling that nothing else would quite do. These become portions of reflexes to the body.

11. The heart's action - as the blood supply is very good - is only quickened at periods when there are repressions through the body.

12. The digestive forces sometimes are upset, when there have been periods of restlessness or insomnia. And these cause the lack of desire for food or for food to act properly, causing poor eliminations. These at times become disturbing to the body.

13. In making applications for corrective forces, we find that these should be the manners:

14. First we would begin using the Violet Ray each evening when ready to retire, the bulb applicator partially in the

3386-1 Page 3

9th dorsal area and around the body at the diaphragm area, at the areas between the shoulders and up to the head. These treatments should go up and down on either side of the spine, rather than on the spine itself, but cross the areas at the 9th dorsal, the 1st, 2nd, 3rd dorsal, 3rd cervical and 1st and 2nd cervical. Use the bulb applicator for about twenty minutes not longer, and this should be a daily or an evening performance - when ready to retire - applying it directly to the body.

15. Each week have a thorough relaxing treatment osteopathically. This should never be a stimulating treatment, and should not be done so as to get through with it in two or three minutes; but slowly, easily, relax the body, first in the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th cervicals - on either side of same; then the 1st, 2nd 3rd, 4th dorsals - then in the 9th dorsal. These should be released, but relaxed and then the releasing. This should require at least twenty to thirty minutes for a gentle massage to relax the body thoroughly.

16. Add to the body the vitamins in the order as they may apply to body building forces. These at first will appear to make the body gain more weight; then as corrections osteopathically are made there will be the tendency to correct the body as to weight and as to activity. These vitamins should be in the combination called KalDak. For this body, take this in the V-8 juices; half a teaspoonful once each day, dissolved thoroughly in a very little hot water, then - not a full tumbler but a small glass, as an orange juice glass, filled with the V-8 combination of juices. Drink this about three or four o'clock in the afternoon, and it will help to pick the body up. It will give strength and vitality.

17. Then, sing a lot about the work - in everything the body does. Hum, sing - to self; not to be heard by others but to be heard by self.

18. As to the diet, keep away from fats of most every nature. This doesn't mean not to eat butter when you can get it, but don't eat the fats of beef, rarely ever any beef. Fish, fowl and lamb may be taken, but never fried foods.

19. Have at least three vegetables above the ground to one that grows beneath the ground.

20. Do these and we will bring better conditions for this body.

21. Ready for questions.

22. (Q) Should I continue taking the prescription given by doctor? (A) We wouldn't mix these.

23. (Q) If treatments are carefully followed, is it

3386-1 Page 4

indicated how long it will take for improvements to appear? (A) Within ten days to two weeks the body should feel better, and in sixty days near to normal.

24. (Q) Is KalDak a substitute for the Stilberstrol? (A) It's not a substitute; it's a better property for the combinations needed in the body; for it includes phosphorous and iron.

25. (Q) Is there anything to do for the increased weight? (A) As indicated, even with these suggested treatments it will appear to be at first an increase, but as balances are brought by the changing of the vibrations in the body with the electrical forces and the osteopathic relaxations, and the vitamins are supplied throughout the system, we find that the normal weight will come to the body.

26. (Q) How about the hot flashes? (A) As indicated these will gradually disappear when the sensitiveness between the cerebrospinal and sympathetic system is brought nearer to control. Do that as indicated.

27. We are through with this reading. Two copies to Self (one for the osteopath - Please let us have the name of the one you choose.)
