Born January 15, 1904, in Berkley, Virginia. Time of Reading 3:35 to 4:25 P. M. Eastern War Time. ..., Virginia.
1. GC: You will give the relations of this entity and the universe, and the universal forces; giving the conditions which are as personalities, latent and exhibited in the present life; also the former appearances in the earth plane, giving time, place and the name, and that in each life which built or retarded the development for the entity; giving the abilities of the present entity, that to which it may attain, and how. You will answer the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: '40 changes - '36 some periods of realization, some of disappointments - '28 a disappointment - '24 expectancies.
3. Yes, we are given the records here of that entity now called [3416].
4. In giving the interpretations, these we would choose with the desire and purpose that this information may be a helpful experience for the entity; enabling the entity to better fulfill those purposes for which it entered this material sojourn.
5. In analyzing the composite urges arising from an analysis of the sojourn during the interims between material experiences, we find here a body, a mind, a soul grown in grace; yet apparently circumstances have at times so subdued the body that in righteous wrath it has risen to meet situations. This is well. Do not put anything before the divine purpose within self. For all that each soul may know of the Creator is that which will answer to the spirit of truth as the entity deals with the problems of the day. For it is here a little, there a little. God's purpose is ever growth. For ye grow in grace, in knowledge, in understanding. And this ye may accomplish here and now. Ye have a will of thine own, one at times adamant as to what

others say or do. And yet it is in patience that ye are to learn in this experience. Not a passive thing. Patience is not a passive thing, it is an active principle in the ideals and purposes of each soul. This is indicated when one analyzes the material sojourns and the astrological or universal consciousness. For to be absent from the body is to be present with the God ye have chosen. What will be thy choice now?
6. As to urges arising astrologically, we find these a part of this entity's consciousness:
7. Mercury - the body-mind keep in its thoughts and purposes. It works out within itself the principles, the tenets, the truths with which it will meet those problems. Not that they are not all frustrated but this the entity tends to do.
8. Do not become discouraged in well-doing. Remember, no matter what others say, God looketh on the intent and purpose. Know that an honest try is counted to the individual entity as righteousness. For as He has given, to love and keep His commandments is the whole law. This is not always possible in the material things, but in the mind and the soul - if there is kept the purpose, the ideal, that is indeed the faith which saves - the entity may manifest the fruits of the spirit; patience, longsuffering, kindness, brotherly love, graciousness. Do sow these seeds. God giveth the increase. Cultivate them, yes, but don't plow them up, by pulling them up to see what they would look like. Keep the faith.
9. Astrologically we find quite a few variations in the entity's experiences. Besides Mercury we find Neptune, Saturn, and Mars always stepping in. Hence it has appeared to the entity at times that many of the associates of the entity can get mad easier than anybody. Yet the entity may be mad and sin not. Righteous anger is a virtue. He that has no temper is very weak, but he that controls not his temper is much worse. That ye experience in thy activities at times. This is active patience. Don't think it, much less do it. For as the man thinketh in his heart, so is he.
10. We find in Saturn the many changes.
11. In Venus we find the beauty, the love, the desire, the purpose, the aim. Keep these ever as an active force in the experience.
12. We find in Neptune an interest in the unusual, in things pertaining to water - these will be a part of the entity's experience; some sorrows, some joys; but water is the mother in the earth. As given, it is the water and the blood that beareth witness in the earth. Temper these in thy mind, in

thy purpose, and they will grow to mean those things upon which the soul may take its rest, yea its assurance in the things of the spirit.
13. As to the appearances in the earth all may not be given; yet these indicate the characteristics, the purposes that are often experienced by the mental self. For as the astrological sojourn indicate the mental or the dream self, so do the appearances in the earth indicate the emotional self. In this body at times there have been periods of great emotion, deep loves, and disappointments. These have grown, and made the body-mind the bigger for same. For it appreciates the little things that come into the experience of those that would find peace within themselves. Many of thy experiences ye cherish, only looking at them, as it were, in memories. Keep these, for they are precious to thy soul. Know that upon these ye may build much for the periods to come.
14. Before this the entity was in the land of the present nativity, during those early periods when there were the settlings first in the area now known as Norfolk.
15. The entity then was one that loved the water, the fishing and those activities about same; being acquainted with many of the various waterways and trades that were carried on with those groups of people that lived farther up the bay and the river.
16. Then in the name Clara Bledso, the entity's activities were such that in the present the entity finds hope ever springing anew, so long as the spiritual purpose is kept first and foremost in the mind of the entity. For in those periods there were hardships physically, joys mentally and physically, and those activities that brought about some knowledge of all things.
17. Thus the entity is a good judge of what a good day's work would mean, by anyone. The entity can judge this concerning those that may be set in authority or in places of position. These abilities are well, though the entity is not always listened to by others. Yet the entity knows, and the more that ye keep it to yourself the more the opportunity is being wasted to be of help in certain directions. Demand of those that are put in authority an accounting for that concerning which they have assumed the duty and the obligation; not as for self, but that they be true to self. For as has been indicated, when thou art true to self thou wilt not be false to any man.
18. Before that the entity was in the French land during those periods that had to do with the Crusades, when there were those activities in which many people were brought

together for varied activities.
19. The entity was among those that took up arms for a purpose, only to find that it had gone to seed without the ideal being put in the right position. This brought discouragements, disappointments. Hence in the present the entity finds disappointments and discouraging factors in others as one of the hardest things to bear in self. This is merely the meeting of that in self because of the overenthusiasm without the principle being analyzed.
20. The name then was Richleuex.
21. Before that the entity was in the Grecian land during those periods when the expansions were beginning to be made towards the east, when the forces of Xenophon were active in connection with the Macedonian land.
22. The entity was among those who were companions of the leaders in those experiences, then in the name Xenesor. The entity was a teacher, an instructor in the manners of learning, of art, of those things having to do with the preparations of body and mind for the varied experiences.
23. Hence the entity's special attitude in the present towards things pertaining to mathematics. Sometimes they appeal, at other times they are very far away. These indicate principles within the experience through that sojourn in the earth.
24. Before that the entity was in the Egyptian land, being among those journeying from Egypt to the Holy Land. There the entity was among those associated with the high priests, for the entity was then the wife of Abiathar. The relationships to Aaron and to Nadab brought unusual experiences, when there were the activities first setting up the service in the tabernacle. From these lessons the entity, then Abijah found the necessity of being convinced within self, and of keeping in what may be termed the straight and narrow way.
25. These periods brought to the entity the extreme disturbance through a portion of the sojourn, and again those activities that set the entity as one in authority throughout that period of journeying through the wilderness; aiding in the choosing of those helpers to Abiathar, as well as the other sons of Eleazer who led in those activities after the happenings in the wilderness.
26. Before that the entity was in the Egyptian land when there were those activities for replacing or replenishing the lands, with the return of the Priest to authority and power.
27. The entity then was among those that aided in the activities with the common people, as well as those that

were in power. Those especially of the King's household were in charge of the entity in their preparations for their service in the activities in the Temple Beautiful.
28. Thus the entity set the customs as to headdress and hats have a particular interest for the entity - as to the character they portray in the lives of those who may select or wear same.
29. The name then was It-El-Art.
30. As to the abilities of the entity in the present, that to which it may attain and how:
31. First, analyze self and self's relationship to the Creative Forces or God. Know in Whom and in what ye have believed. Know the author of thy faith. Then keep that thou believest inviolate, knowing that ye must learn patience in order that there may be the awareness of the soul's unfoldment when ye stand before the judgment throne of the Christ. For He will be as thy brother, not as thy judge. For as ye measure to others and as ye judge others, ye are passing judgment upon thyself.
32. Ready for questions.
33. (Q) The entity has had the experience of awaking at night and feeling the presence of her brother - would appreciate an explanation of this. (A) This is a reality.
34. (Q) On June 2, 1942, the entity heard her brother calling her - was this the exact time that he passed on? (A) Not the exact time, but when the entity could - and found the attunement such as to speak with thee.
35. (Q) Was there something he wanted her to know? (A) Much that he needs of thee. Forget not to pray for and with him; not seeking to hold him but that he, too, may walk the way to the light, in and through the experience. For this is well. Those who have passed on need the prayers of those who live aright. For the prayers of those who would be righteous in spirit may save many who have erred, even in the flesh.
36. (Q) How may I best develop myself spiritually? (A) Through prayer and meditation. Turn ever to Him for as He has given, practice daily the love of the Christ. For as He gave, "A new commandment I give unto you, that ye love one another." Then manifest that in every way. Let everyone that you meet be happier for having met you, for having spoken to you. This ye can do by spreading joy. This is the manner to unfold, to develop. Then in thy meditation, present thyself as a willing channel, to be as the hands, as the eyes, as the voice of thy Master.
37. (Q) How may the entity apply herself to bring out the

spiritual life of the Laura Fenn class of the Park Place Methodist Church? (A) Best not bring out the Park Place Methodist Church! Bring out the Christ that should ABIDE in the Park Place Methodist Church! This should be well, but not as a name. It is the Christ ye would glorify, it is the Christ ye would magnify - in body, in mind, in soul.
38. (Q) In what line am I best suited for spiritual work? (A) In counseling and reasoning with others, as indicated in the Egyptian experience as well as the one before this, as well as in the wilderness - when you drew closer to the understanding of the Creative Force or God in its manifestation. For indeed thy body is the temple of the living God. It is there that He has promised to meet thee; not in the mount, not in a church, not in an edifice, but in the temple of thy heart, thy mind, thy soul. Let the light of thy smile, of thy voice, ever be as an indication that ye walk and talk oft with thy Lord. Say not "Who is my Lord" but rather "My elder brother, Jesus the Christ."
39. (Q) Please give me my life seal and its interpretation. (A) Let's make this later, not here. These are to be builded more in self than as an inspiration. For as indicated, many of the experiences have come as disappointments. Let's not remind the entity of disappointments. For as He forgives, He forgets. So must ye. Thy memories are well - keep them, for you will forget the hardships and remember the beauties of same.
40. (Q) Please give my colors, stone, odors and musical notes. (A) The lapis lazuli, worn close to the body would be well for the general health of the body - and this you will have to be careful of very soon. The lapis lazuli, of course, is an erosion of copper; but this encased in a glass and worn about the body would be well. The color is green. Hence the entity should ever be as a healing influence to others when it comes about them. Odors - have the Life Everlasting about thee often, and ye will find whether as a sachet or as a liquid it will bring strengthening vibrations to the body.
41. (Q) When, where and how have I been associated in previous incarnations with the following: My husband, [...]. (A) In the experience before this and in the Holy Land, or on the way to the Holy Land. Those associations brought periods of understanding, periods of entanglements and periods of awakening.
42. (Q) My son, [...], Jr? (A) The Grecian experience, as well as the activities in Egypt.

(A) The experience just before this. There the entity, now the son [...] looked to thee as an ideal. Remember, he will look to thee again for such.
44. (Q) My brother, [...]. (A) We don't find the association in either of those experiences given. There have been others, but not in this. Remember, thy redeemer liveth and all is ever life. There is no death to those who look and hold to that given, "Let others do as they may, but as for me and my house we will love, we will serve the living God."
