1. GC: You will give the relations of this entity and the universe and the universal forces, giving the conditions which are as personalities, latent and exhibited in the present life; also the former appearances in the earth plane, giving time, place and the name, and that in each life which built or retarded the development for the entity; giving the abilities of the present entity, that to which it may attain, and how. You will answer the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the records here of that entity now known as or called [3440].

3. In giving the interpretations of these records, let not these be considered too severely. For the Lord does not tempt any soul beyond that it is able to bear. He has not willed that any soul should perish but has with every temptation prepared a way of escape.

4. So in analyzing the records here, though there may be much in the physical that you are having to meet in yourself, know that if you put your trust - and as you have put your trust in Him who is life, light and opportunity - the opportunity will and has come for greater service; a more beautiful life, a more peaceful and a more harmonious experience is ever set before you.

5. Then we find there are urges latent and manifested in the personalities of the entity. When there is taken into consideration a composite of the experiences in other realms of consciousness and in the three-dimensional or earth plane consciousness, we find:

6. The entity oft tends to become a bit pessimistic and to blame someone else. This is not well. For every tub, yes every cup, must sit upon its own bottom, its own legs. For since the giving of the Son of God himself that man might be reconciled to God, no man pays for the sins of others. It is all in self - in self. For He came to save all.

7. Thus we find abilities also in music and in the stringed instruments the greater in the experience of the entity. To be sure, the piano is the basis of all of these, yet the guitar, the lyre, the harp, any of these the entity may make mournful sufficient to meet every need. And the entity finds itself at times deep in moods, but these are the realms of self, you see - of self! Don't blame others for it!

8. While the entity is supersensitive and at times little disappointments, fears, doubts, and even an upset liver, may cause moods - even the shedding of tears, we find that these, too, may be met in the spiritual aspirations and desires of the body.

9. Know that with what measure you mete it is measured to you.

10. If you would have friends, be friendly. If you would even have fun, make fun for someone else.

11. Read the comic papers; not as to become sarcastic, no - but remember, ever, even thy Master, Jesus, could laugh in the face of the Cross. Can ye find a better example?

12. Then see the joy, even in sorrow. See the pleasure that may even come with pain.

13. These are mostly matters of the mind. For mind is ever the builder. As you think in your heart, so are you.

14. Thus prepare thy body, prepare thy way. For there is nothing in heaven or hell that may separate the soul from the Maker save self. He, thy Father-God, will not withhold any good thing from those who love His coming. Thy body is indeed the temple of the living God. There He has promised to meet thee often. Meet Him, in joy, in song, in prayer. Thus ye will find thy life blossoming - physically, mentally and spiritually - even as the rose. And the very fragrance of thy life, the beauty of thy life, will make and bring joy to many. This is as little as ye can give for the great gift of beauty ye may make in the lives of others.

15. Abilities are also indicated from the astrological aspects, as in Jupiter, Mercury, Venus and Saturn. Oft Saturn appears in thy experience. Be not overcome with evil, but overcome evil with good. Be not "sat upon" by disappointments. It is he who gets up each time that the Lord loves and will sustain. Know that the try is counted for righteousness and will bring JOY into thy heart and into thy life. TRY! Pray often. TRY, and walk often with Him - and he will walk and talk with thee.

16. Also there are the abilities to open thy mind to real poetry that may be put into song. Though it may be sad at times, this - too - may bring joy and hope to the hearts of

3440-2 Page 3

many.

17. Let thy love of life, then, be in keeping with a poem, the poem of life - love, hope, joy, gladness. This is the poetry of life: love, hope, joy, gladness. And these ye can find in the Lord, within thine own self! For the smile of a babe, the beauty of a rose, the glowing of the sunset, the whisper of the wind - all of these that are of the spirit of beauty and truth may fill the life and the heart of one such as this entity.

18. As to the appearances in the earth, these have been quite varied and have brought the experiences indicated, in that it is self the entity is meeting. Be not overanxious, but be anxious about thy relationships to thy Maker.

19. Before this the entity was in the land of the present nativity during the early settlings, when there were those journeyings from parts of Virginia, Tennessee, to the western land.

20. The entity was among those who aided in settling in the land, yet little spites brought those things that made for jealousies, anger and violence. Thus the moods of the entity that come from that experience.

21. The name then was Charlotte Price. The entity physically gained, was mentally disturbed and spiritually angered.

22. Turn those abilities into love. For upon that sign of love, on the opposite side is written hate. Turn the sign over. Love thy neighbor as thyself. For it is the great commandment which was given by Him, who would give himself a ransom for all: "A new commandment - love one another, even as I have loved you."

23. Though others may hate, though others may speak unkindly, love thou thy neighbor.

24. Before that the entity was in the Roman activities when there were those who were persecuted for their faith. The entity was among those of the nobles, or those by whose sign a life was spared or a life was given to the beasts or to the destroyers of the physical bodies.

25. The entity viewed such more than once, yet these always brought horror - and in the present the thoughts of same, even of war, even of such things. Yet the expression has escaped the entity oft, "I could kill them!" And ye did - by thy very act; not of deed physically, but by the nod of the head and the turn of the thumb.

26. So in the present the nod of the head, the wink of the eye, the wave of the hand, may bring to many joy and gladness. For there are those abilities within thine self ever to be in that position that others will be dependent

3440-2 Page 4

upon thy attitude for their position, their place in the social world.

27. Don't - don't - neglect thy duty to others. As ye would that men should do to you, do ye even so to them.

28. The name then was Elleene.

29. Before that the entity was among those peoples taken captive in the cities of Judea, when maidens were chosen from those peoples to be given opportunities in the Persian or Chaldean land in music, dancing, in the entertaining for others.

30. Those were periods of great stress, until the adapting of self to opportunities presented by Mordecai in the periods of preparation for his own granddaughter.

31. The entity then found grace in the lives and hopes of others in that experience, and thus gained materially, mentally and spiritually in the application of those tenets which have been indicated to the entity; that if ye would have friends, be friendly; if ye would be lovely, show love and grace and mercy to others. These will come again to thee fourfold, and as in those experiences as Istabela ye may find in this sojourn those opportunities to bring help to many who seek of their companions, their associates. For ye may indeed be a messenger of love to many.

32. Before that the entity was in the Egyptian land when there were those activities that prepared individuals for active services in other lands.

33. The entity was among those in the Temple Beautiful who provided the music of the lyre or the harp, for the dance of those who had been dedicated for special services.

34. Hence music, art, poetry may mean much to the entity, as it is applied in its experience with its associates in the present.

35. As to the abilities of the entity in the present, that to which it may attain, and how:

36. These are only limited by thyself and according to thy adherence to those principles of Creative Forces and energies in thy experience.

37. Know in Whom ye believe. Know what ye believe. Then study to show thyself approved unto God; not condemning any. Condemn not, if ye would not be condemned.

38. Love thy neighbor as thyself.

39. Ready for questions.

40. (Q) What work may she engage in that will bring greatest satisfaction and development? (A) In any of those lines of endeavor indicated; as in music, writing, or the directing of groups in their study of spiritual things.

41. (Q) How best prepare for this work? (A) Know what ye believe and in Whom ye believe. Study self first and thy relationship to thy Maker.
