Time of Reading Set bet. 10:30 and 11:30 A. M. Eastern War Time. ..., Penna.

1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body; answering questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [3443].

3. As we find, conditions are rather serious. There has been such a long strain on the heart activity that the flow of the circulation and the blood pressure has caused dilation of the heart itself. Hence the connecting forces are weakened between the liver and the heart, and the flow from heart and the lungs - or the aorta artery.

4. We find that these distresses would be relieved by the removal of those tendencies in the colon, where plethora conditions are indicated in the transverse and descending colon area. Also there would be a much better opportunity for the body to make responses to the general assimilating and replenishing of the body forces through normal reactions in digestive system.

5. These we would do through hydrotherapy and general massages; not so often as to become straining. But in the beginning have an enema or high colonic once a week until two or three are taken, and then they may be put at least two weeks apart. But the massage should be each week.

6. Keep away from red meats of any kind, or the combination of starches at the same meal - such as white bread, potatoes, or macaroni or cheese. Keep away from carbonated waters or strong drinks of any kind.

7. Do these, and we will have many more years of a useful service, if the attitude of the body is also turned to those things of spiritual natures.

8. Do that.

9. (Q) Does this condition cause the nervous spells and

fear that I have? (A) This condition would cause most any sort of spells through the body. When the heart or the gizzard, or heart and liver go to disturbing the activity, most any sort of dizzy spells, nervous spells, hot and cold sensations, weak spells, might occur. All of these are varied with this body. Do these things indicated. When the massages are given, not so much corrections but stimulate by relaxing the circulation through those areas from the 9th dorsal to the 1st cervical. But do this in the massage.

10. We are through with this Reading. Two copies to Self (one for the physiotherapist who gives the colonics and massage) Copy to Ass'n file " " Miss Goodall for indexing (Please let us have the name of the one you choose for giving these treatments.)
