Time of Reading 3:55 to 4:05 P. M. Eastern War Time. ..., Wisconsin.

1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body; answering the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes - a new environ [Madison, Wisconsin] - unusual position on the spiral.

3. Yes, we have the body, [3456].

4. As we find, there are disturbing conditions. These are of a prenatal nature, or the effect is in the vibrations of the body-energies, the weakening of the heart activity as related to the circulation to the whole central blood supply. Lungs, heart, liver and kidneys all become involved. But the condition of the heart itself, is that which has in the present become organic. For the disturbance between heart and liver is the engorged area.

5. It will require patience, persistence; not overtaxing the body in activities, in diet, in exercise, but precautions in all these directions. Be not overactive nor too under-active, but keep a normal activity.

6. We find that which will aid the most is the keeping of better eliminations through the alimentary canal, so that hardships are not caused in any portion of the eliminating channels - to increase the pressure in blood activity.

7. Hence we would have colonic irrigation of a mild nature rather often; not too often, not too seldom, but so as to keep purity through the system and not absorb poisons from those areas. The colonics should be given gently, not producing too much of a strain on the body, and should be followed by a gentle massage for relaxation that will keep nearer normal conditions, as near as may be kept under the circumstance for this body.

8. When giving the colonics, do not irritate. Use water body temperature, so as not to overtax the body. Use a

heaping teaspoonful of table salt and a level teaspoonful of baking soda thoroughly dissolved in each half gallon of water injected. In the rinse waters, use a tablespoonful of Glyco-Thymoline as an antiseptic to the half gallon of water.

9. If these are adhered to, it will make conditions much better.

10. We find that digitol rather than digital would be preferable, to care for the tendencies for repressions in circulation, or to start the activity of the return through veins from the arterial circulation.

11. Massage of the extremities regularly will be beneficial.

12. Ready for questions.

13. We are through with this reading. Two copies to Self - (one for the physiotherapist who is to give the colonic irrigations - Please let us have this name and address.) Copy to Ass'n file " " Miss Goodall for indexing
