Time of Reading 11:10 to 11:20 A. M. Eastern War Time. ..., Pennsylvania.
1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body; answering the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: ..., Pennsylvania - a new cycle.
3. Yes - we have the body here.
4. While conditions are very serious, so long as the attitude of trust in the divine is kept, rather than in others, there is help and hope for the body.
5. A good many complications exist. The tumorous condition that has existed has been dissipated in the greater part, but the effect of the treatments upon the segments of the cerebrospinal system is quite evident - as also the effect the tumorous condition had upon the organs of the liver and kidneys; causing with this combination of the lesions formed - and the pressures upon the locomotories - disturbances through the locomotory forces of the body. Thus the inability of the body in its locomotories to control itself at all times.
6. The disturbance in the digestive forces has caused dilation or plethora in portions of the colon, especially the ascending and parts of the transverse:
7. The applications upon the spine for the dissipation of the internal disturbances have caused the character of irritation that set up an organism all its own. And this is in many ways hard to deal with, because of the inability to overcome the effect produced upon the emunctory circulation and that circulation as related to the creating of coagulative elements in the white blood supply and leukocytes. These, then, form into body building by not coagulating, the hormones of same being deteriorated by the disturbance in the circulation, or assimilation, as well as the very high vibration produced by the X-ray burns.

8. In making applications here, almost each condition is to be met in its own terminology or in its own classification of activity.
9. We would give very systematically and very gently a series of hydrotherapy treatments. For this body these should consist principally of colonic irrigations. Even three colonics during the first two weeks would be beneficial, if these are not attempted too much or too heavy at a time. Do not give these without using the solutions that would be complimentary to the secretions through alimentary canal. Have the water only body temperature, and use two heaping teaspoonsful of salt and one teaspoonful of baking soda thoroughly dissolved in the gallon of water. To the gallon of rinse water put two tablespoonsful of Glyco-Thymoline - as an antiseptic in the intestinal tract. Thus the colonics will not produce too great a strain on the body.
10. For the burns, prepare a lotion or salve from Plantain. Use only the top tender leaves, that may be secured even at this period in a climate that is not so cold as Pennsylvania is in the present. Cut these very fine, with scissors or the like, wash, and then to a cupful mix a cup of cream (as from the top of milk) and let come almost to a boil. Take off the fire and let cool. Apply this directly to the area disturbed along the back here.
11. Then apply over the abdomen the Glyco-Thymoline packs, especially over the right side of the colon and the caecum area.
12. In the matter of the diet, keep to those foods that are not too hard of digestion. Beware of nuts, raw vegetables, and those characters of foods. No bananas for this body, unless there were tree ripened bananas - these would be different.
13. Have often those foods that are partially digested, as malted milks - eggs and malted milk would be well for the body.
14. Have sea foods often, a little fowl, but no hog meat of any character, no beef at any time for this body.
15. Do these and then in July, we will give further instructions.
16. Ready for questions.
17. We are through with this reading. Two copies to Self - (One for the physiotherapist who is to give the colonics.) Copy to Ass'n file " " Miss Goodall for indexing
